Room was neat and clean except for a 6" area between the beds. Some sticky substance was on the carpet. I plugged my phone into the wall outlet closest to the window and it kept falling out. I realized it was broken and found a different outlet to charge my phone. It was obvious that the bathroom and sleeping area had been remodeled, but the workmanship of the job was less than professional.

This property has major bed bugs. I woke up itching like crazy, cut on the lights and saw bed bugs crawling. As I kilt the bugs blood came out of them. They asked if I wanted another room, at that moment I just wanted a refund . They refused to give me a refund I had one more day that I paid for in advance but didn’t want to use because of their bed bugs.

Don't stay here and expect a clean enviroment. Broken furniture, mold on window trim and mold in bathtub trim. Literal dead bugs and roaches squished on wall, they didn't even bother cleaning it. The smell is pretty weird , i wouldn't say bad just offputting. Bed sheets and pillows smell bad kins of like when you wash something and forget to dry it. The breakfast is a joke, waffle maker, fruit thats not "ripe" yet, and mini powdered donut packages opened and displayed individually.

Room smelt stale. Breakfast was a joke, had to ask for bread to roast no butter no juice had to ask for jam. Staff member didn’t seem to know where anything was and didn’t particularly seem to care

While it was a fairly cheap property, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. there was mold above the shower stall, the shower curtain rod was hanging by just a few threads of the screws. There were only 2 small bath towels provided and no shower Mat, making the floor quite dangerous. The only wash cloth was dirty and had been refolded and hung up. The bed springs were broken and made a terrible noise when sitting on the bed. The beds were very very uncomfortable.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
This place looks good on the outside, but beware. The only good thing about this place is there is a Cracker Barrel right next door. We seen a roach on the carpeted floor. There was mold growing in the bathroom. We slept on top of the covers in our clothes! This place is the pits. Will never stay at one of these again. Even it was free!

Wouldnt stay thete again if i only paid half the price. We were on the 2nd floor and the elevator was broken. The beds were advertized as queen, maybe they were full sized. Very, very dated. Definitely needed to be updated . One step above the Bates motel

We’ve stayed at this chain before and usually ok. This was below their standards. Overall, looked clean. A little more attention in the corners, along the bathtub was needed. The room could use some updating, especially outlets and add lamps. We were so, so disappointed in breakfast. Though not particularly needing a fancy hot breakfast, this did not meet my low expectations. Dry muffins, no butter for toast, old bananas, no napkins and coffee pot was empty as well as the hot water from the Bunn machine. As mentioned, this chain of hotels has been ok but this property needs help, esp in the breakfast area.

Not exactly a modern constructed hotel property; but offers overwhelmingly attractive room features. First; incredibly strong cold a/c system. You can blast it all night long. Water in shower high pressure & really hot. You can open the windows in the morning. Soft bed. Quiet rooms. Perfect example of a hotel property where looks can be deceiving .

There was no breakfast unless you consider cereal without milk. And there was only cheerios. No juice or anything. Checking in was rough. The doors were locked. Beds were uncomfortable. I spent more hoping for a better stay and it was awful

Was charges 4 times for the room. We showed the manager that we were overcharged and was told to let our bank handle the issue. It was an issue that could have been handled in a few minutes by the hotel but instead we are having to wait for our bank to investigate the charge dispute. Also the lobby has a pungent smell

noise and knocking .... Annoying
very noisy when trying to sleep. Asked for a late check out upon arrival and charged $10 for 1hour late check out. with all the noise with kids running upstairs it was hard to sleep. house keeping knocked on doors at 10am and did no speak English. front desk said no one would come since we paid for a late 12:noon check out. annoying. With all the noise and knocking it was hard to sleep.

Outdated but clean inside, trashy outside.
This hotel was ok. Stayed here because it was cheap. Parking lot was littered with broken glass and trash. Was not a good first impression. Room was out dated but clean. Bed was ok. I was on first floor and it was surprisingly quiet. I would not be able to recommend this hotel.

Well the customer service was great and the friendliness was great but they didn't have a good variety of breakfast and when it snowed the electricity went out the next day for like 30 minutes but overall the stay was good

This place looked nice but when we got to the room it had roaches in the fridge, little bugs on the tables, (not bed bugs but something different). There was tea spilled all over the micro wave. The milk at breakfast was spoiled and the waffle iron had a black charred waffle in it. meanwhile the hotel desk manager was sitting watching stuff on his phone. I'm not using hotels any more. it's not worth it to save 25$. Use AirBNB or something.
