Overall a good stay 👍
Overall a good experience. The staff are really caring and accommodating. Badic hotel room but clean. I would stay again as it is close to amenities and no problems whatsoever.

It was not pleasant place to stay on main road, no AC smoking rooms, beds not comfortable blankets too small if you're 5"10 and overall not worth staying in.

We stayed here before catching an early flight from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable and a good size, staff helpful and friendly We only had a short stay but had no issues. Because of its location, the road outside is a very busy but we had a room at the front and it wasn't too noisy

Great location. 10 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from rental car, staff extremely helpful. Reasonably priced. We had a bit of trouble getting connected to wifi. The Turkish breakfast buffet was outstanding with its variety of olives, cheeses, breads and fruit. We liked our stay so much we booked another night befire leaving Turkey.

Cheap, clean, frosty AC
I had 18 hours between flights, so mostly needed to store luggage & a place for shower, etc to rest. For the low price, this place was spotless & the room was very comfortable, frosty AC for once!

A family owned hotel with a boutique feel
The hotel is currently being refurbished in stages with the "New wing" where i stayed already completed. This has almost a boutique hotel-like appearance and my experience was excellent in all respects including service ( a free shuttle to the nearby Izmir airport if someone is available was unexpected - its only 5-7 mins from the hotel) . Nothing negative to report on (unusual for me as I usually spent 100+ nights a year in various hotels for work). Actually, I considered the hotel's pricing schedule to be somewhat lower than expected for the level of accommodation provided - and said so at check-out! A 25% room rate price increase would NOT be unrealistic and I think even warranted given the new wing's standards. I shall be returning to Turkey and Izmir again in Jan 2020 for work and WILL be staying AGAIN at the Hackan for its comfort AND convenience to nearby amenities (restaurants etc less than 50m away) as well as its overall good value! Overall 8.5 -

The hotel is situated very close to the city. Its ideal for walks to local shops. The staff were wonderful. Suzzane was very helpful and gave me a cup of English tea. She looked after me. The breakfast could be improved. I have stayed at the hotel before and the staff have always dealt with my requests promptly. Thanku to everyone

Good stay

Virkelig udmærket hotel ophold, alt var godt.
Venlig og hjælpsomme personale og altid smilende. Meget rent og hygiejnisk hotel samt værelser og bad var rene og pænt. Vi fik house keeping når vi spurgte. Morgenmaden var udmærket til hotelprisen. Hotellet ligger meget centrum og tæt på alt!
