Stayed here for 11 days and I loved every minute of it! Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Hotel is very conveniently located. Everything was very clean and it always had a beautiful aroma. My room was very cozy and housekeeping came daily. The restaurant/lounge upstairs was a nice touch and food was pretty good! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Good Rooms and Friendly Staff
The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. A good place to stay, although not particularly close to main tourist attractions.

The Hotel was an excellent choice. We stayed for two nights. We drove to Istanbul, but did use our car during our stay. So the fact that they had a dedicated/guarded parking was a plus. The Hotel was close to public transportation, and to Cevahir Mall. The restaurant for breakfast was on a floor that's can only be reached by stairs. My wife was not able to climb, but the staff allowed me to take her breakfast to our room. Maybe they can install a chair-lift to take those with similar disability upstairs.

Loved it all. The staff are wonderful and accommodating with our needs as we were staying as my daughter was having a procedure. The rooms are immaculate and Breakfast is yum too.

Vital Hotel Fulya was a very nice hotel. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful. the staff were very polite and friendly as well. Breakfast was super nice, especially for those who enjoy fruit and good quality bread in their breakfast. The only unpleasant thing was WiFi's low quality.

Above and beyond my expectations! Perfect place to recover from surgery. Staff, food, nurse, dietitian, service, spa, everything was excellent - so thankful for each and every person that made my stay wonderful!!

It was an amazing experience staying at Vital Hotel Fulya, from the reception to room service all the way to housekeeping. The service provided was top tier. Also the receptionist Afshan was kind enough to provide a late checkout, seeing as my flight was later in the day. High recommend Vital Hotel Fulya to anyone considering travelling here.

had the best stay here. the staff are super friendly and helpful, and so polite and professional. they have access to some selected spa facilities for free and a restaurant available downstairs. the sleep is so peaceful, beds are comfortable and black out curtains. i cant find any faults in my stay everything was perfect. special thanks to Maral, Irem and Anyl for their help on our stay. and thank you to the restaurant and spa staff. everyone has been very accommodating, we can’t thank you enough

The room was amazing for my wife and I on our honeymoon. The staff helped provide everything we requested and assisted us on our itinerary as well. The reception was incredible and really flexible for us to enjoy our stay. Everyone was professional and the receptionist Irem helped take care of us and made our stay even more special and we appreciated everything. Language was easy as everyone spoke good english and overall good stay. Location was also perfect for us, not too close to the busy city life in downtown Istanbul but also enough happening around us. We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Our room was really big and had enough room for the 3 of us. The room was also very clean and everything seemed to be brand new. I also want to thank Maral at the front desk for her generous hospitality. She was very helpful and made the experience a lot more pleasant for us.

Wonderful Service
Stayed here with my wife and it was fantastic. This is a more boutique hotel geared towards the medical tourism crowd, but we found it to actually be great for any kind of trips, as it has a nice convenient location, but also quiet neighborhood. The hotel is very new and very clean and modern and the rooms are very upscale and comfortable and clean. The service here is wonderful, all the staff are friendly and happy to help. Maral and Afshan were very accommodating and friendly and really went above and beyond to assist us in any way. Maral even used her own phone to call us an uber. There is an older housekeeping gentleman staffer that was very kind and attentive to our needs and even helped us with our laundry when the laundry facilities were closed or would take too many days to process. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back soon!

Fantastic hotel
This is a fantastic hotel to stay in Istanbul. It is modern, clean and comfortable. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need and the breakfast has lots of choices. The location is convenient and feels very safe and calm. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful from morning to night, especially Afshan, who was extremely helpful even before our arrival to Istanbul. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and I would stay here again!
