Mesajla üst katlarda bir oda rica ettiğim halde hemen resepsiyonun üst katında bir oda verildi. Başka boş oda olmadığı söylendi. Odada klima yoktu. Arızalı olduğu için tamirdeymiş. Sabah duş almak istedim. Sıcak su olmadığı için soğuk suyla duş aldım.

Schlecht!
Dir Lage des Hotels ist i.O. in der Nähe des berühmten Taksim Platzes. Wir sind Gott sei Dank nur 2 Nächte geblieben. Die Dame sagte uns nach dem Check in dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden sei! Das im Juli.. nach der ersten Nacht haben wir Sie gebeten, uns zumindest einen Ventilator für die zweite Nacht zu organisieren, was sie strikt abgelehnt hat. Darüber hinaus hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Wollte Sie sich anschauen aber leider wohl nach unserer Rückreise... in dem Nachbarzimmer haben wir zufällig mitbekommen dass die Toilette verstopft war. Mitten in der Nacht musste Hilfe gerufen werden. Es sind kleine Zimmer, eigentlich ausreichend in dem Preissegment. Allerdings ein NoGo ohne Klimaanlage. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen war nicht möglich allerdings offen war es wiederum sehr laut. Die Mikrolage in der Strasse ist nicht gut. Ärmliche Gegend mit skurrilen Typen gleich vor der Tür. Der Hammer war es jedoch, dass ich etwa 32 Stunden nach Verlassen des Hotels, wieder in Deutschland angekommen, mehrmals angerufen und mit Nachrichten bombardiert wurde. Angeblich hätten wir den Fernseher bzw die Fernbedienung beschädigt! Dabei haben wir gleich in der ersten Nacht angezeigt, dass der Fernseher nicht funktionierte. Die Dame (wohl Betreiberin) drohte mit Konsequenzen und dass sie mich fertig machen würde. Sie hätte ja meine Ausweisdaten. Ich kann das Hotel ganz und gar nicht empfehlen. Die Dame ist einfach nur niveaulos.

أسوء فندق مر علي في حياتي
الصور غير حقيقي . لا يوجد مكيف . تحس بكأبه. التنظيف سيء للغاية ولا يفكروا بتنظيف تخيلوا من أول ما سكنت لين خرجت ما نظفوا المكان ولا حتى أخذوا الزبالة من أمام الباب لين تكومت الزبالة الحشرات صراصير النت فاشل فاشل فاشل للغاية والدرج جدا جدا جدا خطير يمكن يموت فيها الكبير والصغير لا أعلم كيف الدرج معمول وغير لا يوجد ما يحمي من الوقوع يعني إذا تزحلقت اعرف بتكون متكسر لأنه لا يوجد حديد يحميك ولا أول ما تجي الترحيب والاهتمام لما يخلص إقامتك يتغير الكلام ولا حتى يساعدونك ولا يهتموا بيك وعندهم مغاربية الله لا يسمح ها غير محترمة ولا تقدر نزلاء المكان ولا حتى تساعدهم قاعد ولا هما بأي شيء وتشوفنا ننزل الشنط ولا فاكر فينا على أول ما جينا هي إلا شالت كل شيء علما أنها ليست فندق بل عمارة لها 100 سنة وأكثر وناس كثار اجوا ونفس الوقت طلبوا إلغاء بعد ما يشوفوا المكان أنا بقيت من أجل الكلام الطيب بس للأسف لما يجي وقت الذهاب يتغير المعاملة بذات المغاربة أنا مستاء منه ﻻنها شخص سيء جدا جدا جدا وأنا والله العظيم إني ندمان بالمرة على المكوث في هذا المكان القذر بس الحمد لله على كل حال درس لن أنساها طوال عمري .....
