My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, initially booked in a double room. Due to maintenance, the hotel generously upgraded us to a triple room, which was spacious and comfortable with both a queen and a single bed. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, with modern decor and a bidet, an excellent feature for Muslim travelers. The hotel's location is ideal, with major attractions and a variety of restaurants just a few hundred meters away. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of choices, adding value to our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel staff, particularly Kadri and Ufuk, were exceptionally hospitable. They ensured our stay was comfortable, offering clear communication and fantastic travel arrangements, including affordable private transfers and cruise options. One small note: reaching the hotel by car can be a bit tricky due to its location in a hilly area with narrow roads. Some drivers might find it challenging, though it is certainly not impossible. Additionally, do not be misled by the darkness at night in the neighborhood; the hotel itself is very safe and secure. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, facilities, and prime location. I am looking forward to staying here again on my next trip.

We stayed here as a family of four with two teenage kids, and the family room was very nice. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and the bathroom was modern. The hotel was very close walking distance to the major sites in Old Town, so we could walk to everything. The hotel staff were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was good. They arranged for a taxi back to the airport for us. I would stay here again if we come back to Istanbul.

Travelled here and arrived late at night with 15 month old twins. The guys at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful supplying us warm milk and carrying our cases to the room. All the staff were very freindly and made us feel very welcome. All in all a very positive experience. Area is also very convenient, 2 mins walk to a supermarket,4 mins walk to tram stop, 5 mins walk to the square. Thanks Pell palace for making our stay enjoyable, especially kaan who entertained our twins at breakfast time :) Just one thing of note is the road outside the hotel is closed at certain hours during the day but we were helped with our luggage by the guys at the hotel.

Superb hotel. So close to Grand Bazar and everything within walking distance. The hotel is well decorated and very newly refurbished. The staff are amazing an respond immediately to requests. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel and location. Walking distance to Grand Bazaar and tram station. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Staff were brilliant especially Emre. We had to cut short our 10day stay due to my son being ill. Emre and his team were brilliant in helping us get him to a hospital in the middle of the night and made sure we were ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location close to the metro and 5 mins walk to the blue mosque . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was adequate. I would definitely recommend the hotel for its location and the hospitality of the staff.

Photos on here of the property are very misleading! Was very disappointed in the room. Much smaller than shown. I did address it with the staff however was advised all rooms were fully booked so could not move to one of the bigger rooms. There was a lot of loud music from property next door on a couple of the days (almost like there was a concert). Breakfast was very limited - only had it 1 of the 4 days we stayed as it wasn’t great. Cleanliness was adequate Spa was disappointing as didn’t match photos shown but was good value. Hotel staff were great however. Especially Emre who was so helpful to us. It’s ina great location - few minutes walk to main attractions and easy transport access. Overall however would not recommend as for the price paid, can get much nicer/bigger rooms elsewhere.

All honesty this’s not the hotels fault when I booked the hotel I didn’t realize the location is in the old city things are different when you have your family with you, our expectations was completely high we expected more for less , we only have 8 days to spend in Istanbul and we want to be close to all site seen especially we’re told renting a car it’s impossible, yes the location was disappointed but it’s what it’s ,things probably will be different by myself, the manager trying hard to make us happy by the way his name is Emre, we already made our mind on leaving to stay at another location

Very clean and nice hotel son the center of Istanbul. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of sound insulation between rooms. We can hear every little conversations from the other room. Aside from that, that hotel was nice and clean.

we had a short stay but in that short stay we felt very welcomed and supported in any way. the reception personnel is very kind and helpful. i would definitely return there at my next trip. everything is just so inviting about this hotel. the only drawback is that it is impossible to get to the hotel by taxi due to central position of the place, but the helpful personnel have helped us with our numerous bags a lot by accompanying us to the taxi stop, 5 min walk or so. plus, the public transport is just around the corner. thanks so much, dear Pell Palace stuff. i hope to stay again in your hotel soon. byeee

The property was not as advertised, there were no sheets on the bed and certainly the flat fitted sheet was not Egyptian cotton, there was a small course blanket over the bottom sheet, the few towels were totally grey, uncomfortable bed and one lumpy pillow….we also found bugs in the bathroom….and this is in the balcony room. Actually, the whole room looked more like a dorm room than a hotel room, just gross. Avoid this hotel, the description of this property is NOT what you get. Expedia needs to look into this because the claims made by this hotel are false. We rely on honest descriptions of accommodations!!! One star hotel.

The room was extremely small, but hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was just adequate, nothing special and items were not replenished as they were finished. So if you arrived at the end of the Breakfast time it looked very picked over and no appealing.

The staff were awesome they were so helpful and supper friendly. However, the room was not clean. The bed sheets were dirty and the blankets had big stains . I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on that bed. we asked for the clean one but even the new one was not clean. The area is good and close to many touristic places. Access to thé transportation is great just one min walk to train. I didn’t like the hotel street it was too crowded and there was lots of whole sale stores.they bring the material and it is not safe walking there. The Main Street is good and has many restaurants and shops. The AC was great we could adjust it and the room temperature was amazing. I really like the manner of the staff. They were very responsible and friendly.

There were bed bugs. I woke up with bed bug bites. The room was very tiny. This was a last minute booking and I wished I had done research because I wouldn’t have picked this place. The only good thing about it was the location but you can find better ones in the same area.
