Rubbish place rubbish staff no tv working
Worst place in the world no tv for 3 days worst staff no communication, disrespectful staff. I have nothing good to say other than the reviews are a lie I believe. Every one in the building had an issue and just remember no lift and possibly have to walk 5 set up

Le site hotels.Cm décrit un appartement avec chambre et kitchenette tout équipée. A notre arrivée nous découvrons que l'appartement ne possède pas de kitchenette équipée alors que nous voyageons avec un bébé. L'appartement est sale, la chaudière fonctionne un jour sur deux donc pas d'eau chaude...

Leider ging die Toilette während meiner Anwesenheit kaputt. Das Hotelpersonal und der Manager persönlich bemühten sich aber sehr, den Schaden zu beheben und alle waren super freundlich. Ein angenehmes Zimmer in einer ruhigen Lage. Besonders schön ist die Nähe zur Stadt, man ist in 15 Minuten am Galata Turm und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gerne wieder.

소통이 부족한 호텔
숙소가 한번에 찾기 쉽지 않은 위치에 있고 언덕 중턱에 있어서 탁심으로 가는 길이 경사때문에 힘드네요. 추가로 돈을 지불하고 오후에 체크아웃을 하기로 했는데 13시쯤 방정리 하시는분이 방안뺐다고 화내고 리셉션이라고 전화 연결해 주는데 제가 통화한분이 아닌 다른분이 받으면서 자기는 모른다고해서 마지막날 한바탕 하느라 기분이 안좋았네요.

방 자체는 깨끗하나 커튼이 없고 주변환경이 좋지않음.
장점 : 시설 자체는 깨끗하고 각종 기구, 조리도구도 구비되어 있음 단점 : 호텔 상세정보에는 암막커튼이 있다고 되어있으나 없음(햇볕이 강해 큰 어려움이 있었음). 요구하였으나 해결되지 않음. 주변 공사로 인해 때때로 욕실에서 갈색물이 나옴. 체류기간 동안 직접 청소해야 하며 청소도구, 세제는 상비되어 있지 않음. 와이파이가 너무 약해 이용할 수 없었음

Accueil excellent, personnel très sympathique. Appartement très confortable, rien ne manque. Bien prévenir les futurs clients de la nécessité de monter des escaliers. Internet pratiquement inexistant au 5ème etage

Excellent séjour - appartement 4*
Nous avons séjourner une semaine dans l'appartement blue zyrkon au 2eme étage. Le bâtiment est situer dans une petite rue, calme et comporte 5 appartements très bien équipés. L'entrée est sécurisé et donne sur un petit escalier en colimaçon, qui dessert chaque appartement (un appartement par etage). L'appartement est spacieux mais ne fait pas 90m2 comme le stipule le descriptif mais 70m2, déjà très bien pour 2!. La cuisine ouverte sur le salon-salle à manger est très bien équipée et rien ne manque! Même les torchons à main et les épices pour se faire un petit plat!. La salle de bain et pratique et équipée d'un lave linge et d'une douché à l'italienne (attention a l'humidité et aux joints de la douche qui s'enlevent). La chambre dispose d'un grand placard dressing et d'un grand lit, confortable. La centrale de commande de chauffage est installée dans l'appartement, et donc très pratique s'il fait froid. Le wifi est d'excellent qualité car chaque appartement dispose d'une box. L'arrêt de tramway est à 400 mètres et vous permet de rejoindre le centre historique et le port en moins de 10 minutes. Un monsieur, qui s'occupe de l'intendance loge sur place au rez de chaussee, il est très sympathique, et est la en cas de probleme. Super séjour, merci beaucoup de votre professionnalisme !
