I’ve booked a room for one week.and I wasn’t happy with it at all. First day I found a small bug 🐛 on my bed, plus a long hair. And the shower is so bad . I had to go back to the reception and asked them to clean it. I think my room was not clean before I was checking in. And I had breakfast only once the whole week

I have been many times in Istanbul because of my job Its the most cost effective hotel in istanbul And all the staffs are great Especially mohammad The receptionist He is a lovely guy And he is so helpful And ali as well They are all good guys Nice hotel overall

Terrible reception
I booked this hotel for my brother. Unfortunately at 10 AM after an unpredictable 12 hours flight he arrived there. he has faced a very impolite reception guy named as Habib who did not even let him rest on the couch in the lobby and has told him he must sit straight and formal!!! Also he has asked for early check in but the reception refused to do so . Moreover, my bro recommended you guys to be very cautious about what you eat for breakfast buffet because this guy watches your dishes and tries his best to charge you for extra if he finds an overeating!! He has very rude to him when he asked for the reason behind all those bad behaviors...!

Siamo rimasti io e mia moglie otto giorni in Hotel Hera Montagna, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è cordiale e gentile e pronto ad aiutare. L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro di Taxim. Lo consiglio a chi vuole visitare Instanbul

Very bad location. It is very tiring to walk from the hotel to Taksim. You have to climb about 700m on foot and you only want to walk that route once a day. The refrigerator is extremely loud. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Aardig personeel en ontbijt was super Alleen lopen naar taksimplein was vermoeiend ivm de heuvelachtige wegen Maar met de taxi was het maar 2,50 Dus te doen ! Personeel is ook heel erg behulpzaam

혼자 잠만 자기엔 좋습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 리셉션도 친절하고. 중심까지 20분걸어야하지만 10분거리에 마트도 있고 좋아요 다만 욕실 배수가 원활하지 않아서.. 불편했네요.. 샤워하실때 주의해서 하세요..

L’hôtel n’a strictement rien d’un 4*!! La proximité de l’avenue istiklal, n’arrive malheureusement pas à faire oublier la localisation de l’hôtel manquant de sécurité. D’autre part, les équipements des chambres reste très rudimentaire. Le petit-déjeuner minimaliste. Et les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées quotidiennement malgré nos demandes et c’était le cas d’autres chambres aussi! En gros à fuire absolument! A ce prix, il y aura d’autres hôtels plus recommandables

Otelin fiyatı iyidi ama bulunduğu yerden taksime çıkmak için yakşalık 500m dik bir yokuş çıkmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Çok yorucu. Oda temizliği iyidi ama kliması çok kötüydü. Kahvaltıları güzeldi ama kaldığım odada internet hiç çekmiyordu.

sayın yetkili,yıllardır yurtiçi ve yurtdışı tüm otel rezervasyonlarımı farkli bir rezervasyon sitesinden sorunsuz yapıyordum ve hiçbirinde oteli aramadım, sadece siteden rezervasyonumu yapıp günü geldiginde direk konaklamami yapıyordum.son bir haftadır dünyanın önde gelen rezervasyon sitelerinden biri olan hotels.com yani sizinle çalışıyorum, yine isminize itimat ettiğim için sonsuz güvenle işlemlerimi yapmaya başladım. gecen hafta ilk konaklamami yaptim cok guzeldi teşekkürler. fakat dün geceki rezervasyonumda tam bir rezillik yaşadım. yine rezervasyonumu hotels.com uygulamasından yaptım ve otele gittim. rezervasyonum çift kişilik king yatak geniş bir odaydı. otele gittiğimde boyle bir rezervasyona kendilerinin onay vermediği ve uçakta hic yer olmadığı söylendi. hotels. com dan bana oda ücretinin çekildiği ve rezervasyonun onaylandığı maili geldi, kendilerinede gösterdim. hesabımı kontrol ettim ücret çekilmişti. ama aldığımız cevap buydu. hotels.com un numarasini aradığımda tekesekreter o saatte yetkili olmadığını hafta içi aramami söylüyordu. hersey cok guzel değilmi. günün yorgunlugunu stresini atmak icin kolay rezervasyon yaparken daha fazla stres yaşadım. bu hata hotels.com un mu otelinmi bilmiyorum ama biz fazlasiyla magdur olduk.sonuç ise otel yoneticisi yardımcı olmak adina tek kişilik bir odalari oldugunu istersek kalabilecegimizi söyledi. sadece yataktan ibaret ufacık bir odada konakladik. hotels.com olarak umarım yaşadığımız bu rezillik için bir cevabınız vardir?

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Istanbul.Schönes Mobiliar,schönes Bad ect. Nachteil ist der Weg zu Taksim der über einen steilen ca.500 meter langen Berg führt. Nichts für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen.

とても印象が悪いです
タクシム広場からの道が分かりづらく、15分以上はかかったでしょうか。 5月1日に宿泊しようとしたのですが、この日はメーデーでデモがあり、その影響で他のホテルに泊まってもらうとの事。 それはしょうがないにしろ、その後の対応がお粗末。 約3時間も待たされた上、その間には他の客がチェックインしたり、既にチェックイン済みの客が出入りする姿が。。 結局、他のホテルまでタクシー（もちろん代金はホテル持ち）で案内されましたが、スケジュールを大幅に狂わされ不快でなりませんでした。

Kleines, sauberes Hotel nahe dem Taksim-Platz
Das Hotel liegt vom Taksim-Platz aus ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Vom Hotel aus Richtung Taksim Platz hat man eine ordentliche Steigung auf kleinen Straßen ohne Bürgersteig zu bewältigen. Dieser Anreiseweg ist mühsam mit Gepäck, hier empfiehlt sich ein Taxi. Auch nur ca. 10 Minuten entfernt befinden sich die Shuttlebusse zum Atatürk Flughafen. Das Hotelgebäude ist sehr schmal, alles wirkt etwas eng. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Das gebuchte Zimmer war sehr klein, hatte aber ein sauberes, täglich durchgewischtes Badezimmer mit schöner Dusche. Alles auf aktuellem europäischen Stand. Die Umgebung (Stand September 2014) war aufgrund einer riesigen Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft sehr unruhig, gewckt wird man auch um etwa 5:45Uhr vom Gesang aus den Moscheen. Überhaupt ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und die Gäste im Allgemeinen sehr laut, zB lange Handygespräche auf dem Flur. Die Klimaanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr laut, Rohrleitungen hört man wenn andere Hotelgäste duschen. Ich denke aber das gehört zu Istanbul einfach dazu. Nur zur Nutzung als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, wenn man den ganzen Tag und Abend die Stadt erkundet, aber zu empfehlen.
