My room was beautifully decorated. Although small, it had everything I needed. The use of space is very creative, allowing everything necessary for a good stay to its place. The staff were outstanding, going far beyond the minimum to creatively meet some of my unique needs. The airport shuttle is not free but in my case it was worth every Euro I spent. Because I came to Istanbul hotel via bus from the Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) on the Asian side, pickup time was hard to predict and location was different than if I had arrived at the airport. However, staff talked me through the whole process in an amazing manner. It is true that the hotel is still under construction but nothing of that bothered me. The whole area is being developed and this may be the reason for the low cost of the room. Even with shuttle costs, it was a good deal. And there were little touches like some snacks and bottled water awaiting me. Water kettle and fridge we great. The hotel is five minute walk some the bus stop which I used to go to the old city/inner city (three different buses). Restaurants and grocery store are close to where the bus stop is.

This hotel is still unfinished. People are working and the place is dusty. I dont think this shpuld even be used as hotel. It is unsafe for children. But staff is nice and respectful.

Everything was Ok. The only problem was shower drain was clogged, notified the staff, however they couldn't fix it, and they didn't change my room. Only reason I got the room was to shower, so having to shower in a pool of dirty water was no fun.

what is called a hotel is an active construction site, the room's are being rented as there is still construction happening in the building. Because the building is not finished, the elevator was not in service even though it was listed as available. The corridor leading to the room was filled with construction dust, and there was active drilling and construction noise the entire time of the stay. This is very problematic in general but was particularly problematic for me as I booked this room for my mom who has issues with her knees and asthma. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The shower was working but the sink was not. Internet was only working downstairs in the lobby. When they finish constructing the building, it might turn into an ok budget hotel, but I would highly recommend you book elsewhere for the next year or two
