Great family stay
Great welcome from the hotel and the view of the Bosphorus was terrific. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the position was great - minutes walk from everything (including trams and ferries to take you further afield). We'll be back.

Terrible stay due to demolition works
There was a demolition site next to the hotel, no info at the time of booking nor before our arrival. At check-in was told there was some construction work NOT a demolition/jack hammering works. Asked for a compensation, was angrily told that it was it, no compensation. Average breakfast, no juice, cheap food, no fresh juice, no fresh food. We booked this hotel due to Hotels rating, paid enormously high rates for bad stay with noise until 6pm. Terrible stay, no value for money - could have had a better stay for half the money. Thanks Hotels, should have notified at the time of booking about the demolition and construction activities planned during our stay, you lied to us and charged high rates. hotel should be rated 3/10 during the demolition works. Anyhow, you tricked us and we paid the price. Very unhappy customer Terrible stay.

No eggs at breakfast other than boiled eggs.Lots of sauces etc at breakfast but no description of what they were.Liked the availability of coffee,cappuccino etc all the time.Difficult for taxis to come to the hotel.

The property is close to all kinds of transportation near the tram, metro station, and boat station so I have more than one option for transportation. There are restaurants all over the places near the hotel and it's 15 min from the Egyptian market. the staff are friendly.

Beautiful view, amazing staff and service
We originally booked for two weeks, but we loved it so much we ended up staying three more weeks. Rasit and his staff were incredibly hospitable, they went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. My fiance and I got engaged during our stay, and have already decided that we will return here for our anniversary at least once. The hotel was also right around the corner from one of the entrances to Gulhane Park, my fiance's favorite spot in Istanbul.

Casi todo genial menos las habitaciones. Zulos
Personal muy amable, ubicación inmejorable, el desayuno aunque no hay demasiada variedad, pero estaba bien. Hemos estado 2 días con más de 250€ y te dan un intreplanta con techo a 2 metros (casi toco con la cabeza), te da sensación de estar en un agujero y no un hotel, el frigorífico no funcionaba, y el baño no era nada agradable.

Un beau séjour à Istanbul
Petit hotel très bien placé au centre historique de la ville. La chambre avec balcon était propre et suffisante pour notre séjour. Elle était cependant un peu bruyante en raison d'un ronronnement permanent (ventilation?) et de bruit d'écoulement d'eau même pendant le nuit. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était bien même si le service était un peu lent. En synthèse, sans être exceptionnel, cet hotel était très bien.

Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass das Hotel sehr zentral liegt und man kommt fast überall gut zu Fuß hin. Ebenfalls ist die Bahn und die Fähre gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Zimmer waren insgesamt sauber. Wir waren die ersten zwei Tage in der ersten Etage, da hat uns das Zimmer nicht gefallen. Nach zwei Übernachtungen durften wir endlich in die dritte Etage umziehen mit einem wunderschönem Meerblick. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Очень хороший вид и расположение
Потрясающий вид на Золотой Рог, Босфор и Стамбул, очень удачное расположение: в шаговой доступности от главных достопримечательностей и очень тихий район по ночам. Номер маленький, но есть все необходимое.: сейф, холодильник, чайник, WI-FI немного тормозной, но в целом рабочий. Надо подключаться к роутерам на всех этажах.главное, этом отеле имеет смысл брать только номера с видом на Босфор.

Incredible!
An incredible stay. I was greeted with Turkish tea as soon as I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The staff is absolutely wonderful and attentive. When it was too late to go out for food, they had a Turkish feast delivered straight to my door. They are so willing to help and assist with everything, and they’re extremely kind and friendly. I’ll be staying here the next time I’m in Turkey. Thank you guys!

Alles zu fuss erreichbar, hotelservice war top der General Manager Rashit hat sich um alles gekümmert, alles organisiert eine Schiffs tour, termine für das Hamam eine Private Tour für die besten orte Istanbuls😍er gab uns immer tipps wo die besten Lounges oder Restaurants sind, und er lies sogar den Arzt ins Hotel für den Covid test kommen, wir mussten niergens hin um Zeit zu verlieren, also wirklich Top Service was will man mehr, danke Rashit🙏
