Wonderful and very well placed hotel. Close to a busy area (metro, bars, restaurants, shopping malls, banks etc) however, the room was very quiet. Highly recommend it!

I will def stay here again. The location was great. The Metro station was near the hotel and love the shopping malls next to the hotels. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful too. Thank you again.

Fire alarm system is not robust
It was very nice, main issue is that fire detectors works automatically causing a lot of noise and on the night of Thursday 2nd Nov there was evacuation Alton at 2 am and it was false just technical issue, annoying !!!

I have written reviews for this hotel several times since I stay there now every time I am back in Istanbul. Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. Everyone is very kind and helpful with no exception which is very hard to find. Only hiccup we had because we chose the option "to pay at the hotel" they canceled our reservation when they got all the rooms sold. My card was declined for another reason which complicated the matter but I was disappointed after a long flight that they tried to reach me (while I was on my long flight) and when they did not hear back they canceled my 5 day stay. Yet they handled it well and we got lucky when someone checked out early. They also gave us breakfast every day to make up for it and apologized. We stayed there two more times after this incidence which tells you we like this hotel no matter what. What I recommend is do not use the "pay at the hotel" option just to make sure you have your room. Rest will make you happy.

I have stayed at Delta Marriott in april of 2023 for the first time and really liked every staff member I met. They are all very kind, very helpful. Always prompt. The area is excellent close to subway and some of the best shopping malls and various restaurants.

The staff is very kind and helped me check-in early, as I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in the morning due to flight reservations, but that did not prevent them to let me check-in early. This is the second time I've booked this hotel and it definitely won't be the last.

They had trouble with elevators only one was working, and they had trouble regarding the water it took a very long time for it to be hot, we were staying in the 3rd floor corner room.

Very good but spoiled by traffic noise
Very nice inside and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Convenient to Metro and nearby shopping malls and eateries. Staff were excellent, especiallg at breakfast. The only downside was the traffic noise from the busy road which seems to be 24/7. It was as though there was a fault with the window as noise was still audible even when closed. This is a shame as it would be 10/10 for this property if this problem didn't exist.

It’s great hotel great staff and excellent location for me. There is mall next to it and lots of restaurants to choose, also one block to metro station. Taxi is cheap from hotel to taksim square . Always take a taxi.

It was an excellent experience the hotel location is perfect every thing around you the hotel is very clean the staff is super friendly especially Kubra and ahmed and denes. They are trying hard to satisfy the clients and make us happy. It will be my hotel for my future trips to İstanbul

Nice stay
Had a good stay. Good location, nice rooms, excellent service. Didn't appreciate that the fitness center had only one shower, which was locked for maintenance. Kubra and Omar were great- cheerful and helpful.
