hotel is a little bit dated, rooms are not bad but not your comfy 4*. good location, bit crowded, small elevators but sufficient. would definitely recommend if price is advantageous and you want easy access.

The dedeman is very centrally located, within walking distance to the Zorlu center, clean hotel the only bad thing is very limited restaurants inside of hotel. There are three restaurants however most of the time two of the three are closed. You have to go out for food choices. Beds at the Dedeman are VERY firm otherwise hotel is a good choice for a short stay.

First night I stayed in room #716 which needed upgrade badly from showers to carpet plus furniture .I booked at hotels.com based on the rooms layout ,when I checked in realized it was not the same room.They offered another room for 2 nd night which was quite nice.When I reserved first time breakfast was included in the price but I was told it was not.I ended up paying for breakfast which something I enjoyed and was happy to see group of young people working in harmony .I suggest manager at the morning breakfast shift to treat his crew nicely rather than running them like slaves and stop criticizing in front of patrons.I would definitly stay there again for my next trip.

Otel gayet güzel fakat konakladığım oda çok kötü lağım kokuyordu böyle bir otele hiç yakışmayan bir durum , oda temizliğine daha fazla özen gösterilmeli.
