Good enough
Perfectly adequate, but not special in any way. The room was small, just big enough for a bed and walking space. It was clean. The bathroom was also small, and clean. The neighborhood is a lot of small retail shops near a large mosque. It was difficult to find, and it's not really near the airport, so the name is somewhat misleading.

Bed sheets were not cleaned properly and the windows are very dusty. Drawers and mirrors were dirty as well and the shower was not draining the water. No AC and a bad scent in the lobby as well. Overall, the hotel had a lack of cleanliness and matenince. I would not pay my money to stay here again.

nice hotel close to market
the hotel is only 4 miles to the Ataturk international airport and there is a nice market close to it ... the market is only for walking pedestrian ... no cars ...

Great little place, but not near airport
The hotel and staff were quite nice. However, it is advertised as an airport hotel and it is 20 min away by taxi. Not really close to any public transport either or main tourist sites. If you don't care about such things, the hotel was fine. Clean and the breakfast, while standard, was fine. The neighborhood has plenty of places to eat or shop. The staff spoke English which was helpful for me. Because of their efficient, friendly manner, I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel If you want to be near Airport.
We were in Istanbul 3 nights, we came to stay here only the last night just to be close to airport since we had to be up at 3:30am. The taxi driver had an extremely hard time finding hotel. Evidently you are not able to drive directly down the street, so he dropped us off a block away. We had to take our 4 bags ourselves. The taxi that picked us up for airport picked us up at other corner next to hotel. But the staff was very friendly and room was clean. I could have sworn when I booked room it said room had a tub but there only a very small shower and they do not provide soap(bar) just a dispenser with brown liquid soap. The hotel is in a cool area with lots of shops and restaurants right outside the door.

Good stay!
Nice little hotel close to the airport. Cleaned rooms with free coffee and water, comfortable bed. The hotel is in a walking street and you can find stores just by stepping outside, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. I would reccomend it for a long layover in Istanbul.

Having paid excess for a premium room which as per the booking details should have had a bigger than standard bed and seating area, we turned up tired from a long journey to be presented with a normal room with extras although I had paid for them. The front of staff was friendly but didn't know what he was doing and originally gave us a room with 2 singles although we specifically requested a large double as a couple. Disgruntled we agreed to stay he night in this room and when the manager returned the next morning he apologies and sorted the confusion for us. Apart from this the room had all the basic requirements and daily housekeeping available. They are quite compact rooms but do the job. The seating area in a premium room is literally a table and 2 chairs squashed in a corner, not really worth upgrading and we never got a extra big bed as paid for. Breakfast was very poor and consisted of 5 buffet items wilting on a plate. The local area was good and had good transport links to buses. We found a great kebab shop open till very late a short walk down which soon became our second home. Disappointing only water was free in mini bar but local supermarkets are very near. Good place to stay overall but don't bother upgrading and better to turn up in the day when management should be around.

Thank you night staff person.
We arrived in Istanbul at midnight. Such a Hugh taxi line when we got out. It took over 30 minutes to get a taxi. Lots of calls and stops. We were met by the lovely night staff (solo man) who had talked to the taxi driver after we gave him the hotels number. He grabbed our bags and immediately made us feel welcome. What a lovely guy but we didn't get his name. I would suggest always writing down the phone number of smaller hotels when staying in Istanbul. We had the same problem with our next stay at another place. Room was great for the price. Breakfast on the roof was OK for the price. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Welcome! We were very pleased with the hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean which is very important. Breakfast was hearty. something for everyone. if I came once in Istanbul I would definitely chose this hotel again. Worth the money
It was overall pretty good. For the price we paid it was good. The room was a little smaller than what I thought from the pictures. But it is quite clean and bed was decently comfortable.

Staying at De Maison airport hotel
This was the first hotel I stayed at when I arrived in Turkey. Have to say it's pretty affordable, the rates are cheap compared to the other hotels. The staff is super nice and helped me out with taxis basically anything I asked for. Very hospitable. The metro station is 15 mins away by foot and you can access the rest of the city through that pretty easily and the airport is nearby too. I would Definitely recommend this hotel if you ever come to Istanbul

Very beautiful hotel, staff were very attentive.
We were only staying for one day but the staff of the hotel made sure to help us gain the best experience possible. They found a tour for us and had a car pick us up to take us to the tour and bring us back all for a good price.

Ilk girişte kapının kilitlenmedigini farkettim, tamir edildi. 5 günlük ödememi yaptığım halde her gün kartı şifresini guncelletmek zorunda kaldım. 1 gün sıcak su uoktu5, açmayı unutmuşlar. En ilginç tarafı ise yeniden uzun süreli rezervasyon yapacağımı bildikleri için online satınalma fiyatını yükseltip kendilerine direk ödeme yapmaya yönlendirmiş olmaları. Aslında iyi oldu, aynı fiyata kahvaltı dahil başka bir yer ayarladım sonraki kalacağım 20 gece için.

An der Rezeption ein unfreundlicher junger Mann. Auf Anfrage für den angepriesenen Airporttransfer wurde erklärt, das es keinen gibt, ich habe am folgenden Morgen ein Istanbul Taxi bestellen können. Im Zimmer war bei der Ankunft das Fenster offen, es waren 6 Grad Celsius. Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, also habe ich nach einen anderen Zimmer fragen müssen. Das andere Zimmer war genauso herunter gekommen, aber zumindest die Heizung hat funktioniert. Dieses Hotel solltet ihr aus dem Angebot nehmen.
