"Very friendly and helpful staff wether it be waitress receptionist or cleaner nothing was to much trouble. We had a family room which was spacious with comfortable beds and a roomy ensuite. We dined at the hotel every night and the meals were delicious, well cooked, plentiful and reasonably priced we had no complaints to make about anything. This was our second time of staying at this hotel and we would definitely stay again."

"Have stayed at various accommodation in Bembridge over the years and they have generally not disappointed. This one was the same. A great base to explore the village and the many footpaths around the area. And with biblical rain showers having a pub within two minutes walk was a bonus."

"The Bugle is an old coaching Inn, and has the lovely quaint side that it entails, it’s decor is tired but clean, not perfect but totally adequate for our needs. The bedding etc was spotless and comfortable. The food was delicious and came out piping hot, as was the breakfast, great quality products.The staff and management were very friendly and efficient, I would certainly return."

"The Richmond was quiet and restful, which was what we were looking for. The room was large and airy, comfortably furnished with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was perfectly cooked with plenty of choice. The owners were friendly and helpful, keen that we enjoy our stay. We would be very happy to stay there again. We were sad that this lovely couple, working hard and doing a great job, have had to take abuse from unreasonable people who expect the service of a 5* hotel from B & B...

"We stayed one night as part of a cycle around the Island. The beds were comfortable, room was warm , ample breakfast and good cycle storage. One shower had very poor pressure and a door that didn’t shut properly. No shampoo and conditioner, just a body gel / shampoo that I would use on hair. Basic and just fine. "
