"Our toilet was clogged when we got there told the front desk, they said they had 1 plunger and it was being used and would send someone up, no one showed up so 4 hours later we seen housekeeping and she took care of it. Opened one of the dresser drawer and to find a plastic bag and I think a pair ..."

"Host was very responsive. Sleeping arrangements we a bit cramped because the pull out couch was dirty and the kids had to sleep together on the bed upstairs. Otherwise things went smoothly and we were all reasonably comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows, sheets, blankets and linens."
