The staff were very helpful, breakfast was great. Only problem was the noise coming from other rooms. People have no respect for other guests.

This is a very pleasant hotel. Good pool, nice outside area and in a terriffic location. Directly in front of the best part of the Iquique beach. It has no restaurant, but you can order food in, the hotel has menus of two restaurants, I tried one, reasonably priced and very good. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice enough; things just slightly off, e.g. elevator didn't stop exactly at the level of the floors, .making using luggage carts very frustrating, etc

Great hotel on the water, staff very friendly and My first room had issues and they changed my room to resolve. My only complaint is that I came early after a night flight and would have been happy if I could get the room at that time without having to pay an extra night.

Good service, great location, great breakfast
Good service, great location, mattress is good (I have back problems so it's important), great breakfast, clean, overall very satisfied, the only think that was not perfect was not very quite, but it was OK, not too bad.

Excellent option for Iquique, very well located
The hotel facilities are nice, rooms are large and well equipped. Breakfast is good, could be improved. The hotel is located across the street from the board walk.

Great hotel for comfort and value
Great stay. Very comfortable room, great view of ocean and venue from room. Breakfast was good, many choices. Holiday Inn Express is very consistent, that is why I choose your hotels over others and I have stayed in many different locations around the world.

Lovely hotel
Lovely, comfortable and relaxing hotel with friendly and helpful staff and nice breakfast. Also has a good swimming pool and gym.

Hotel was OK, but cash mysteriously missing...
The reason for my low rating: we returned to the room after a day out to find the room safe open; at a glance, nothing looked amiss, but upon a closer check the next day we found a significant amount of cash missing. We notified the management immediately, and they investigated briefly, but it was mostly met with a half smile, a shoulder shrug, and a 'sorry-there's-nothing-we-can-do.' Yes, I'm aware of the policy that they're not responsible for lost/stolen whatever, and I realize it's my own stupid fault for leaving the safe open (we were in a rush and in-and-out of it and I just couldn't remember if I closed it or not, I thought I did...), and I realize that it's entirely within the realm of possibility that I might have mis-counted or simply lost it, so I am in no way accusing anyone of anything; however, I'm usually so careful about these things that it's unlikely it was simply "lost." Needless to say, that put quite a damper on our stay. Other than that, the hotel is nice enough, the staff was friendly overall, and it's close to the beach. Just be absolutely sure to put your valuables in the safe. And, oh yeah, lock it up before you leave.

Fun time in Iquique

Convenient place for overnight stay
As our flight required an overnight stay here, this hotel ticked all the boxes. Fast, cordial check-in, clean room with hot shower, good WIFI and close to the beach for a stroll.

Very nice hotel
We found the hotel superior! We loved all the sitting in lobby area and outside in the garden/pool area. The bed was super comfortable! We would definitely stay there again.

Best night of our trip!
This was absolutely the best hotel of our trip. Much more than what we expected from Holiday Inn, having stayed with them for years in the states. Clean hotel, luxurious pool area, excellent buffet breakfast that my wife said had the best chocolate croissants she has ever had. The bed was comfortable, not too soft or too hard. Service was great. English speaking staff in front desk. I couldn't have had a better hotel experience.

Nice Hotel near everything
The Hotel was nice really and staff perfect. The only poor was that when you arrive in the night there is no Restaurant and we have to go out of the Hotel.That is not great when you are tired.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff and perfect location. Boardwalk is right across the street, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the casino. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location is very good, many food and shopping options nearby. Rooms are confortable and very clean. Breakfast area is small for the size of the hotel, it is hard to walk betwen tables and for the buffet line. They did not have plug adaptors at the front desk for everybody to charge cell phones and computers, thats very easy and cheap issue to fix for them. Everything elese was very good.

Nice place to stay in Iquique
This hotel is close to the UST university that I was working at and right on the beach so it was a perfect fit for me. If you want to be close to the city historic center, this hotel is farther away. The room was nice and clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was good and they have a small shop where you can buy sandwiches and other small dinner items and beer at night if you don't want to go out. The pool seemed nice but it was too cold while I was there to use it. The guy was just treadmills and other cardio machines. No weights or other lifting machines. Overall a good business stay.

Nice service despite the construction
The hotel was under construction when we arrived! Loud, dusty, and inconvenient. Despite this, the staff was lovely and we decided to bear it out for two days rather than look for another spot. It would have been best to know about this construction project when we booked the hotel.

Iquique isn't a town with the finest of lodging options, but for what we paid, the Holiday Inn Express met our expectations. My one complaint was that we arrived late and asked about room service, which doesn't exist after 11 PM. As we were hungry, they referred us to a pizza place they work with that delivered within 35 minutes, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived uncut with no plates or utensils. We called the front desk and asked for a knife and they told us we had to come down to get one ourselves because nobody was available to bring one. As we were already in pajamas, this was quite annoying. Aside from that, the breakfast was good, room was clean, and pillows were soft.

The service was very good, the hotel was, clean and confortable . The only subject to improve I can think about is the lunch and dinner service as they where microwaved already served meals. Would prefer that they had just a few but fresh served meals. I have to mention also that the breakfast service is very good. Thank you.
