"The room we were originally given was not cleaned and was moved to another room. We were given breakfast vouchers but when we tried to use them was told we didn't use it in the time allotted. The room was nice but had no drawers, anywhere. Front staff on the weekend was wonderful, Christian and Bob. Monday, another story. He was the one who told us about not able to use the breakfast voucher. I wasn't in the mood to argue."
