This was a clean safe place to stay. The sofa bed however required a mattress to sleep on. It was very thin.

Adequate parking. Good amenities in room. Pool and sauna in good condition. However family of 5 showering when we get back and the hot water ran out by the 3rd person. Reception is closed and had to call emergency number. Given another room to shower in.

Great stay, quiet location, the pool was the perfect size to make the kids happy, can't wait to come back and stay again in the summer. Close to Colmar, easy in easy out of the city.

Lovely room
Very nicely decorated, espresso maker and hot pot available (though the pods have to be purchased from the front desk). There was even a dishwasher but no dish soap available to hand wash 2 cups. Great location near to everything Alsace had to offer.

Excellent facility. Quiet suites are well aupplied and extremely clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Just be aware that you need to reserve your place for breakfast in the morning.

Great Hotel near Colmar
Very comfortable rooms, really mini apartments. The setting is also very nice, on the side of a river in the woods. Excellent value!

Everything was perfect!
Perfect for us, simple, very quiet, very clean and spacious (studio extremely well equipped!).The staff was very efficient, especially at the reception. We particularly appreciated the lady at the reception: very professional and helpful: without any discussions she found the most appropriate room for our needs - with a smile although she was very busy when we checked in. We'll definitely be back!

Strange Hotel
We arrived late, around 11:00 pm with two kids. Very dark, no reception. I found the key of the room stuck in sn envelope with my name. It took us 35 min to find the room. Super Dark , it feels dangerous this way. We got an apt in the first floor. In genersl the apt is good. Horrible hot inside the apartment. evrn opening windows is horrible. Breakfast is average, very poor in selection. Can be improved.

A very clean, well equipped apartment. Secure parking. No aircon or fans. A small welcome pack of washing up liquid, sponge etc would be helpful. Good restaurant on site.

Our stay was as we expected, the accommodation was handy to many of the surrounding villages we wanted to visit, and had more than enough amount of room for the two of us. We did not try the restaurant. Ordinary wifi, good secure parking, everything needed in an apartment was available in the way of utensils.

Nice place close to Colmar.
A 2 night stopover in France. Hotel room was spacious and had everything we needed. Restaurant on site was expensive but not a lot of options in the area after 9pm, we did find fast food but it was a 10mins drive away. The hotel grounds were great with a pool on site and soccer pitches across the road. Seemed to be a good program of events for the families that were staying a little longer. Lots of good shopping for food nearby, and plenty of vinyards to browse. We spent a day in Colmar, but you have to time eating, most places close between 2-6.30, and then only re-open until about 10pm. Back to the hotel, it was decent value for money, particularly for a family of 5. Would recommend.

not worth the money
it was very disappointed to discover that the room is very small, The toilet was stink and without any ventilation the staff sent twice the cleaning team, they are nice and its working for very short time.... no ventilation...!!! beside that, the location is ok, nice pool but small room space and stink toilet. the hotel idea is very nice, unfortunately it was very disappointed and not worth the money

It's always a pleasure to stay here. Lovely big apartments, a heated pool, spa, massage, buffet breakfast (at a charge), and close to the main rd so easy to get travelling again.

I booked this short notice for a quick winter get-away. I was thoroughly pleased. The sauna and pool was wonderful. The apartment was perfect with its kitchen and extra sofa bed. My daughters loved the coziest of their separate living room "bedroom." I will go back here anytime.

Stuff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious Near Colmar City Center. Close to the Kaysersberg Little problem in the morning with checking out process. Room was prepaid, clerk wanted to charge the card again. Confusion was solved with the smile. Good place to stay.

Stayed for 2 nights with a toddler. It's always good to have living room area with kitchen. The hotel staff was nice but not all workers were speaking English. Left the tablet inside of the drawer when we checked out but couldn't locate it when we called after couple of hours... communication in English wasn't clear enough and wasn't willing to help at all. The parking lot was full after 7 or 8pm.

Will not stay again! Best for short stays.
Pros: modern apartment, nice bathroom, enough space for 2 with a baby. Cons: terrible location. We arrived on Sunday evening nowhere to have a meal as everything closed. Asked staff for help. They pointed us to go the town centre as there are 'plenty' of restaurants. After 45min walking around and speaking to locals there are only 2 places to eat and both of them were closed. Staff could be more informative. Apartment was on the second floor with no lift. Normally not a problem but very difficult with lots of baby stuff to carry. The slowest wi-fi connection we have experienced in any hotel. Internet was really slow making it difficult to work. Cleanliness in general was not very good - water marks on cutlery, dirty cupboards. We would not stay again.

Overnight hotel on way to elsewhere
Hotel was great , shame room wasn't ready until 16.35 when should have been ready for 16.00. After long day travelling hoped to get in room on time. Once we were in the room was ideal. Swimming pool refreshing. 5 of us fitted in OK for the overnight stay. It had everything we needed. Recommneded.

Well equipped, nice pool, easy to find and park securely. This was a really nice way point on the trip to lake Garda.

It's a nice enough place about 10 minutes drive outside Colmar with easy access to the wine route and mountains close by. Seemed clean but we have a crawling baby so it was pretty obvious the floor hadn't been washed in a while. Considering it's not that cheap we would have expected that the floors would have been swept during our stay and towels changed but the only thing they did was empty the bin, we were given one dishwasher tablet for 5 days. Small things but could have been a bit better. Probably would opt to stay in Colmar or in one of the pretty villages close by such as Riquewihr next time. It was extremely hot whilst we were there and something to note there's no aircon or fans in the property.

Located in Ingersheim, a suburb of Colmar, around 8 km away. The location is near the river, but there is no communication with it. No air conditioning, and difficult to get to without a car. Pleasant, good for young families.

Great location if you are traveling by car
I really enjoyed our stay here, however it was not perfect. First the good, the beds are comfortable, and there is a decent amount of space. The kitchen is well appointed, although you must buy the cleaning kit if you are going to be using it, or buy/bring your own, as it is not stocked. The grounds are very nice as well, parking is enclosed behind a secure gate, and they offer a small commissary for a few goods that you may need. The linens and towels are both of good quality. It was an excellent location to travel, well, just about anywhere in the area from and very convenient for us, but would be a bad choice if you do not have a car. We wanted to use the Sauna/pool, and it looked like others were enjoying it, but never found the time. Onto the not so good. There was a different person working there each time, and some had difficulty communicating in english. Yes, I know as a guest I should not expect that, but with so many travelers from other countries staying here, it was suprising. Also, we arrived on a holiday in which most restaurants were closed. I asked for a recommendation where we could find something to eat, take out, anything, and was told there was nothing. Thankfully we passed a KFC on the way into Colmar, so I at least knew we could get SOMETHING, but it was discouraging that this information was not passed along, as if we had come in from a different direction, I would not have known, and it was a short drive away. The Wi-fi is, awful and not reliable.

Great for families.
We had a great Easter here and would stay again. We ate out at lunchtime but prepared meals in the evening which was possible in the apartment kitchens which were really well equipped and included a dishwasher and, probably a first for this kind of place, saucepans and frying pans big enough for the six people our apartment was able to sleep. The bathroom was warm with a good shower. The apartment had a massive amount of storage space too. The apartment complex swimming pool was on the small side but great for our kids and the sauna was most welcome after really cold and wet days out. The hotel is on the right side of Colmar to allow easy access to the attractions of the area.
