"The room was infested with roaches and dirty. The hallway carpet has human poop smeared into the carpet. There was drug activity all night as well as prostitution. There were naked people on drugs in the halls. Roaches in tub. Roaches on the wall. I got take out set it down at the desk to eat went to wash hands came back to a roach in my food! Very very disturbing. Food all in the halls. Tried to tell front desk he said “manager tomorrow” so I don’t think he truly understands. I have several pictures"

The Palace Cottage w/private Hot tub

"The location was convenient, but the property was not easy to find.The outdoor area was a major issue. There were heavy bird droppings on the chairs, cushions, tables, and even the grill. None of it appeared to have been cleaned, which made the outdoor space uncomfortable and basically unusable.The hot tub was one of the main reasons we chose this property, but it was disappointing. The cover itself had visible mold and a strong mildew/sour smell, which transferred to the water. Because of that, the hot tub never felt clean or fully usable.Inside, the bathroom is tile with no bath mat in or out of the tub, which felt unsafe. There were also no USB charging ports available.Communication was frustrating. We could not access the check-in/property instructions or WiFi password, and even after saying we couldn’t find them, we were just told they were “in the app.” The WiFi password was not provided until halfway through our stay.Overall, the place has potential, but the cleanliness, hot tub maintenance, safety details, and communication need significant improvement."

"This is a great property in a well established neighborhood. It was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch. There are two bedrooms with comfortable beds and another room almost like an enclosed porch. This house will comfortable sleep 4. I think the enclosed porch would be better served as an office type space. Put in a desk and a comfortable chair or two. The kitchen is excellent. Just what you need to make a nice vacation meal and the stove has a griddle which was fun to use for breakfast. I might suggest a pod coffee maker as some of us have forgotten how to measure coffee into a drip machine! Washing machine and dryer are new and large capacity. Nice decorating and aesthetic. "
