“Good stopover location”

Good location when flying into Incheon and not wanting to go downtown. Train station to Gimpo Airport and Seoul Station (downtown) is right next door and they pick up (complimentary) at Incheone Airport. Hotel is a little old, smelt of smoke (despite a non-smoking room) and there's not much to do in the area. Still, if you're landing in the evening, it's a good place to spend the night.

“Loved Hotel Sevilla - staff were excellent!”

I can't recommend this hotel more highly if anyone is primarily looking for a hotel close to Incheon aiprort with prompt and courteous transport to and fro. I had a major problem when I was at the hotel and the staff could not have been more helpful in helping me solve it satisfactorily. I would stay there again without hesitation.

“Outstanding staff that went the extra mile”

If you need to be close to the Icheon Airport, this hotel is a good choice. The hotel could use a little updating but the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and more than made up for any shortcomings of the hotel.

“Okay, but not what I expected”

Hotel was fairly close to the airport, reasonably priced, but next to no real amenities. Really just good for a place to sleep between flights and not much else. Definitely not a destination hotel.

“Not impressed”

For what you pay for, it wasn't bad. BUT, I got up at 5 a.m. to take a shower and there was no hot water. I called downstairs and they told me that they did not turn on the boiler that early. I paid for a clean room to sleep in and a clean bathroom to take a hot shower. I got one out of two. BUT, I paid for two. Was disappointed.

“Great after a long flight”

If I have an early flight out or a late flight into Incheon, I always stay here. The shuttle is always quick to pick us up and on time dropping us off. Rooms are large and clean and the staff's English is better than average for lodgings in Korea.

Getting there

If arriving at Incheon then ask one of the people at the information desks in the airport to call the hotel and ask for the shuttle to come pick you up. We've never had to wait for more than about 10 minutes for them to arrive.

“Good hotel for price and airport proximity”

This hotel was a nice hotel, good price. My room window, however, faced a brick building and even though I was on the 5th floor, no natural sunlight could flow in, which made it feel like I was in the basement. Everything would have been great otherwise.
