It’s good hotel and spa for someone who is looking for relaxation . But they don’t have iron and iron board in the rooms . They don’t allow you to take your water bottle out of the restaurant

Hotel between the mountains , very nice view
Rich buffet for breakfast and dinner,very nice terrace , turkish thermal pools, sauna , gym , nice area between the tea farms , would recommend to people to visit this hotel and enjoy the nature

turgut iyi günler ; tesisimizde yaşadığınız teknik sorunları yöneticilerimiz ile paylaşsaydınız keşke , ivedi bir çözüm bulunabilirdi . termal tesislerimiz saunamız aktif olarak çalışmaktadır , sistemden kontrol ettiiğimde 5306 nolu odada kalmışsınız odamız teknik bir hatası bulunmamaktadır .

Konumu itibari ile insana huzur veren bir mekan. Karşılama ve hızlı giriş hizmeti güzel, odaların büyüklüğü ve yatakların temizliği ve rahatlığı oldukça yeterli. Banyo kullanışlı ve yeterli büyüklükte. Odaların ısıtması zayıf, tv'lerde görüntü net değil ve az kanal var ayrıca odalara göre küçük ekran boyutunda. Bazı prizler bozuk, su ısıtıcı otomatik kapanmıyor ve çay içmek için kağıt bardak konulmuş. Banyoda saç kurutmak imkansız hemen duruyor, ayrıca daha düşük yıldızlı otellerde bile malzeler daha çeşitli. Akşam yemeği için alternatif az ve yemekler sıcak değil. Salata menüsü yeterli ama tatlı ve meyva menüsü vasat. Sabah kahvaltı saatinde menü saatinde başlamıyor çay ve süt ılık. Örneğin kahvaltının yarısına geldiğimizfe muhlama ve patates kızartması yeni yapılıyordu. Termal havuz imkanı güzel odalarda bornoz olması hoş ve kullanışlı. Odalarda internet zayıf be kesik kesik çalışıyor.

فندق رائع في موقع رائع
فندق ممتاز واهم شي النزيل في الفندق مفروض يحرص عليه هو ان لا يفوت الاستفادة من نبع المياه الكبريتيه الموجوده في موقع الفندق. وثانياً لابد عند حجز الفندق التأكد من ان يكون الحجز يشمل الفطور مع العشاء “نصف اقامة”

Doğa içinde güzel bir konaklama
Doğa tatili icin mukemmel. Gürül gürül akan bir suyun yanina ormanin icine yapilmis bir tesis. Konfor yeterli, calişanlar yardimsever, yemek cesitleri bol. Termal suyun biraz daha ilik olmasini tercih ederdim. Suyun sicakligina dayanmakta zorlandim. Genel olarak guzel bir konaklamaydi

Sauna, fitness is included in the price FOUR SEASONS HOLIDAYS Black Sea region of Turkey, cool rainy and lush paradise of nature lakes, rivers and waterfalls land, endemic vegetation, fresh air, plenty of oxygen LOCATION : From Trabzon Airport 95 km, Gurcistan-Batum, Erzurum 2 hour. Rize 65 km.. SPA CENTER : There are three indoor thermal pools and one outdoor thermal pool in it. One of them is for only mens usage ,the other one is just for only womens usage. 2 pools mixedThere are theree Turkish Bath , two sauna , one indoor an done outdoor fitness center also.There are physiotherapy center and professional staff We have eight private family baths for our guests .You can have 21 kinds of massage applications by the professional therapist at our Spa Center Best Regards

Bu oteli 2.ziyaretim. İlk sefer erkek arkadaş grubu olarak gitmiştik. Bu sefer ailemle gittim. Yörede hakim olan arap turist akınından sonra otelin kalitesi değişmiş. Zamanında güney sahillerinde yerli turiste yapılan 2. sınıf turist muamelesi burada da başlamış. Beklentiniz yüksek olmazsa mutlu kalabilirsiniz. Ana binadaki kapalı termal havuz daha öğlen olmadan kirlenmiş. Havuzda peçeteler ve saçlar var. Daha titiz olunması lazım. Dediğim gibi araplar çok birşey beklemedikleri için işletmede kontrolü gevşetmiş.
