Situated on large grounds the property is undergoing much needed renovation. The personal is very nice and they are doing their best to communicate and help. There are no surroundings. Need a taxi to anywhere. The pool needs to be cleaned. The breakfast was acceptable, dinner somehow limited in options. We found it a bit overpriced for the conditions

Not a 5 star hotel, not worth your money. It might have been a nice hotel in 1995 but now it is 2023. The rooms are big, the wifi does not reach every room, the 3rd room got a room without any lights, just... CHEAP. Para los argentinos, NI LO PIENSEN estĂĄ muy mal mantenido, solo la pileta es digna lo demĂĄs se cae a pedazos.

Awful
This hotel was terrible, and I’m surprised at the rating that has been given to it. The hotel was run down and had flies and ants everywhere. Lighting was very poor in the room. Hotel also lacked basic amenities and was just dirty. For example, the room didn’t even have hand towels. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

Iguaçu resort motel good for family’s n’ children
Very nice swimming pool, friendly staff, located just outside town of Foz de Iguazu, but room was alittle musty smelling with mildew and plumbing was alittle old. Hot water was plentiful after 3-4 minutes of running the faucets. Also, electricity goes out frequently for 3-5 minutes in evenings. But overall pretty good for the price.

Overall experience is fine. Bad part is restaurant open dinner at 8 pm, the door key is very old style, hard to open in the beginning They have desk but no chair in the room.

Was actually better than what I expected..I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels in Argentina that were a whole lot less appealing than this hotel. Breakfast was a little disappointing but that all depends on the menu of the day.. staff were friendly and hotel was spacious..a little more than in the pics online. Overall was quite satisfy with our stay

Terrible experience
Does not deserve 2 stars not enough water in the shower spa gym falling apart carpet in hallway and room are ripped and worned out food is mediocre at best Wifi did not workk properly the aircon made weird noise.terrible value for your money!!!!

Old but OK
It used to be 5 stars hotel but not today. It is not 3 stars hotel nowaday as well. Some more than 3.5 stars but nor 4 stars. It escapes rating. Hotel needs refurbishment but on the other side rooms are spacious, separate bath and WC, safe in the room, minibar and fridge, outdoor and indoor swimming pool, etc. Overall rating is a bit more than good.

Nice staff, needs renovation
A OK hotel, good staff, not bad breakfast and dinner on offer. Short walk to the nearest “supermercado”. Good swimming pool and some games for kids ( would be good to refresh sport facilities and equipment though.. ). Rooms are good size but overall have feel of being outdated and in need of fresh paint. Iguazu Falls are awesome though and that compensates everything else.

I wouldn't stay here again...
The location was fine and the staff were generally pretty helpful. That being said, although it shows they have WiFi, they only had it in the lobby and 80% of the time it didn't work there. When it did work, it was too slow to get anything done anyway. Also, the cleanliness of the rooms certainly left something to be desired. (Ex. there were clumps of hair on the floor of our room when we arrived.) Also the blankets on the bed were ragged and worn...they were more like you would expect at a cheap motel than a hotel. Also, the power went out every day we were there. Though they show they are a 4/5 star hotel, I believe they deserve a much lower rating.

The Good and the Bad
I should first of all express my appreciation for the hotel management being lenient in light of the Aerolineas Argentinas strike which disrupted our plans. They were flexible and let us move forward our 5 days without losing our room or our money. That said, there was no free airport ride, and no room Internet (it was promised, but only a very spotty front lobby wi-fi was available).

Grand, dated style.
This hotel is out of town, so you need to pay for taxis to go to restaurants, the airport and the National Park. Buses are cheap, but a pain to catch in the heat. They do have an excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner if you want to avoid Puerto Iguazu. Obtaining cash is very difficult, so bring plenty with you from Santiago. Most restaurants take credit card, but prefer tips in cash.

A so-so stay
The facilities are tired and need updating. Bathroom and sheets were clean but the carpet was stained and dirty. Air conditioning worked which helped. Breakfast buffets was fine, plenty of food, not many hot selections. Didn't know that dinner buffet was included. Tried it once but are in town the other two nights. Outside of town so need to take bus, Remis or taxi or to the park. Did not try the pool but many people did.

IF YOURE AMERICAN, AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
So, the only reason why I booked a few nights at this hotel was because of the reviews, which were mostly positive. Boy was I wrong. The condition of the place is in total disrepair. The wifi doesn't work AT ALL. Anywhere in the hotel. I asked two people at the front desk, but I wasn't able to get any help, because NO ONE SPEAKS A WORD OF ENGLISH AT THIS HOTEL. Literally, no one. How do you have a large resort in a 100% tourist town without anyone who can speak English? In my broken Spanish, I was able to ascertain that not only does the internet not work, it hasn't worked in over a year. But it gets worse. MUCH WORSE. During our first night, the phone rang in our room EVERY FIVE MINUTES from 1-6AM. You heard that right. I got up in the middle of the night, went downstairs (no one answers calls), and asked. They said it was a hotel-wide problem and they didn't know how to stop it. Awesome. Night 2 was as bad as night 1. The A/C didn't work (I forgot to mention that earlier), the fan in the room didn't work, the shower had no water pressure at all, and the carpet AND the sheets had stains on them. The next morning we woke up and had bed bug bites all over our bodies. Don't try and save money by staying at this dump. I thought it would be somewhere comparable between a Motel 6 and a Hampton Inn. Haha! It was 10 times worse than any Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. If you're American, and are used to some bare minimum comforts, avoid this place at all costs.

Helpful staff, nice hotel.
Front desk associate was very helpful when I called her, stranded at the ferry port. She sent a cab right away and had my early check in ready to go, so I could quickly drop off my belongings and spend the day at Iguasu Falls.

Ideal place to stay whilst visiting the falls, no other reason to stay there staff were friendly, room spacious and breakfast good, I would not eat other meals there though pool great but hotel could do with a new coat of paint , it is a bit worn around the edges

Hotel near Falls
Good for a 2 or 3 day stay. Reasonable price. Restaurant reasonably priced. An excellent choice in nearby restaurants was El Chicho. Great steaks and local music.
