"Great hotel, pool fab and lots of sun beds around the pool. Bar food great. Basic breakfast but fine. Minimum staff but they are very helpful and efficient. Only annoying thing is the bedsheets….they don’t fit the beds well and pull away exposing the mattress…admittedly I move around a lot ! So this may not have helped. Air con great. Efficient and quiet… Would definitely return. "

"The property is set in a cluster of small hotels away from the large hotel complexes.We had a really spacious apartment .Staff were helpful and the minimarket was a bonus. It's a fairly short walk through the undeveloped land along the coast to the quietest part of the sandy beach ,nice seafront restaurants and frequent buses.The option to use the pool at the adjoining hotel was good but we didn't avail ourselves of this facility. "The property is amazing. Staff are very polite and hospitable. Rooms are comfortable. Swimming pool is huge and always clean. It's not near the island center but there are buses nearby. There are lots of good restaurants near the property (my recommendation is Semis Family Taverna, great food and the service is incredible, prices are also good!)"

"The hotel is located on top of a hill, 100m above sea level, 1.5km outside of town, so you get a pretty nice view, but without a car it can get tiresome. There is no dedicated parking area, but enough space outside to park the car. The room itself seems recently refurbished, nice, not cramped, and has plenty of power outlets. "I liked this quaint property. Our room was kind of different with beds up in a loft. My only complaint is that it was very hot up there and the air didn’t seem to cool up there. The pool, cleanliness and bar area was great. This is a great hotel at a great price. "

"From start to finish everything was perfect . Free Wi-Fi, free safe and rooms cleaned everyday . Nothing was too much trouble . Mr Costas the owners elderly father in law insisted on taking us to Rhodes Town when we was having trouble getting a taxi . The cleaner was always bright and cheery and always stopped to ask if you was ok and needed anything . Plenty of quality sun beds with cushions. Towels also provided which was an added bonus . All in all PERFECT "

"Would have liked a few more practical useful things within apartment and a TV, which we could manoeuvre and with more channels. Also, the garden work should NOT start at 08.30 early morning... not conducive to people sleeping !!"

"WOW what can I say location excellent, host whose name is Peter is a great guy with a lot of knowledge and gave us good tips. It was an amazing holiday we stayed 4 nights in June. We hired a car and saw all of the island of Rhodes. Everything is close by to falirala central. It’s not a 5 star but value for money. There is a restaurant called eat Greek downstairs and a place called olive pizza’s above it. Will stay there again if I visit Rhodes "
