⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at this place was exceptional! The proximity to the consulate made it incredibly convenient, just a short walk or drive away. During our 3-night stay, we were impressed by the continuous refill of water bottles and the impeccable room service. The dining experience at Zega was delightful, especially the lamb chops, Massam curry, and the Cohito cocktail. The spa's stone massage service was truly rejuvenating, and the well-maintained pool provided a refreshing retreat. Breakfast for three days and a lunch at the Feast at Sheraton showcased a fantastic array of Indian and international options, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff are so kind and attentive. They learn quickly what you like and out do themselves with bringing you what you like. They are very kind and genuine. The food was really delicious and safe. They have high standards. The water is purified to ISO standard and left in glass bottles in your room every day. I was concerned about getting India belly, however, at the Hyderabad Sheraton, we realized we were safe and could eat the raw fruit and anything. We discovered Dosas… so delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

This review is not about Sheraton but the staff at the front desk. Sheraton is great place to stay that meets the international standards set forth by the brand. Unfortunately the check in staff was VERY RUDE with my aunt. I understand policies can't be changed or accommodated but there is a tone that you choose when discussing that with your customers which they have clearly failed at. They did ask them to leave the premises and find another hotel. While not only being considerate that we had senior citizens among with us. Such type of professionalism and horrible customer service was the first time I had experienced at the Sheraton. I have been staying at the Sheraton Hotels for the past 20 plus years and I have never been greeted in such a manner. If they can fix that the rest of it was a great experience. Hoping that management will take a look at and fix it.

I had a wonderful experience at Sheraton Hyderabad. Staff members I encountered, were extremely welcoming and energetic. Specially at the dining area (Bikash and Abay, the head chef) knew what I wanted and would specially make it for me. It was fantastic authentic Indian dining experience as the Dishes they made for me were incredible!

I stayed in Sheraton for close to 8 Days. It felt like home away from home. I was treated as family by all staff starting from Front Desk to Housekeeping to Room Service to Restaurant to Valet Parking staff. The Chefs prepared their specialities for me every morning/evening and ensured I did not miss home. Overall a great stay. Keep up the great work in these tough times.
