"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"Beautiful property with every thing you could need. Complimentary eggs butter milk bread and fruit a lovely touch and very welcome. We would highly recommend 2 bare feet. Short walk into the town centre. Absolutely perfect. 5 star."

"Much needed relaxing break in the countryside. Long walks and hot pools and spa access was incredible. I loved the atmosphere and the welcoming feeling. Service / staff were so lovely and helpful. I cannot wait to return and I would recommend this hotel to everyone! "
