The rooms in this property is in need to a refurbishment and the restaurant for breakfast needs a new coffee machine. But when it comes to the hotel staff you cannot fault them. We had a minor complaint after our check in and the staff did everything in their power to make sure we had all we needed and where happy for the rest of our stay. The team truly made our stay and I would come again knowing I'll be well taken care of. Thank you for making our stay memorable

Very good and professional staff. Rooms in bad conditions, minibar not working, broken hand washing basin. The beach is about 15 minutes walking from the hotel. No continental breakfast available, but only libanese food.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and convenient location in the old marina. I would recommend to anyone. Breakfast service was friendly and nice selection.

Great Place
Was lovely experience.. Warm and professional reception. Clean place and health measures are perfect. All needed arrangements to protect guests has been taken. Friendly staff and great location. The beach little far but and shared with other hotels but still not that crowded.

Nice little hotel
Overall a great week. The staff are friendly and efficient and fixed the problems with our air conditioning and safe very quickly. The hotel is on the marina and close to a few bars and a private beach which is free to guests.

Good hotel and great location. Breakfast was good and staff were mostly friendly. Air conditioning in the room was a bit poor. The view from the room was fantastic and serviced well. Definitely worth the money.

Great stay, friendly staff. Was there for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, but the location is close to the Marina.

Worst service
Overall service was terrible. Had few issues with the hotel, staff was knocking on the door at 4am, also very rude and the invasive. Spoke to the manager to deal with it and he didn't have the courtesy to follow up. Even though it's a nice location, I wouldn't stay there again, there are plenty of neighbouring hotels.

Excellent service and friendly atmosphere
Excellent service and very friendly staff. I would also like to thank Mr.Peter for his welcome to the hotel and help in extending our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant overlooking the Marina was beautiful.

clean but basic
i had the ambassador suite. the service, minibar, room provisions were basic at best. you have to adjust your expectations to Egypt standards. But staff was polite, and as helpful as they could be. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Rooms with marine view are only the amazing thing
The hotel is nice Breakfast is ok, rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly The only negative thing was about the cleanliness of the toilets and the towels, they should be kind of quality control on this This will be the only thing will make me think twice again before going to same hotel.

The hotel is clean and pleasant, the service very good, but the area was too noisy sometimes, because of the location : our room was next by the bridge and there was a speaker working almost all day under it. It had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Very convenient hotel
Couldnt wish for better. Centerally located to everything, yet in a quiet area. Staff were very friendly and attentive to all our requests. Breakfast was very good, however rather boring having the same variety every morning. Will definitely stay there again.

We had two rooms facing the pool. Both were comfortable, the staff were accommodating, and there were very cute shapes made out of towels left on the bed each day. Tea and coffee making facilities were advertised as being in the rooms, but they were not there on arrival. However, it was quickly sent up to the rooms when we asked for it. The breakfast was good, and eggs were cooked to order. The only thing that let this hotel down was the mould in the grout in the shower cubicle in one of the rooms.

The hotel enjoys a good marina view. Make sure you take sea view room, not pool view. There are also ground floor rooms that open directly on the pool ... these are nice if you have kids.

We experienced excellent service from the staff who were friendly and helpful. The hotel overlooks he Marina which offers splendid views. The breakfast was basic but good enough. My only issue was that the bathrooms were not very clean.
