1. Rooms had painting smell, 2. Common area was not as nice as in the photos, 3. Good location, walking distance to eateries, pubs, and stores

Cons: Start construction after 10a
I stayed here knowing that I would just need a place to sleep and get a decent breakfast for 2 days. Room was clean, but they were doing construction early in the morning which made it tough to get any sleep after 9a.

Cute Thai Hotel, little but very quaint. Two excellent restaurants at the front. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked quite nicely. The little massage parlor right outside the hotel was excellent and cheap!

Room was large and clean, was cleaned daily to a good standard, great location, right in the middle of Hua Hin (Stone Head). Breakfast is basic but perfectly adequate in the French restaurant next door. (There is also a good Italian opposite! But you should be eating Thai food!! So go the the stilted restaurant for some seafood about 10 mins walk, get the steamed fish with chilli and lemongrass!). Only thing I would suggest is that next time they decorate the turn down the colour a little....
