Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat ik jammer vind is dat na 4 dagen er niemand op maandag aanwezig is bij de receptie en je de kamerpas maar in een doos moet gooien, helaas niet erg persoonlijk.

Lovely hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel and town is very pretty. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast has loads of different options, really good.

Wonderful 2 nights
The location is excellent and we loved the stay. Great location with parks, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The breakfast had great selections and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Love this location just off the beaten path and nestled in a small town. Plenty of dining options at restaurant or in town. Friendly staff. Nice garden to sit in. Clean.. Only improvement could be a fan or air-conditioning for the warmer nights.

Great little hotel in a beautiful little town. The restaurant was very good, breakfast was tasty typical regional food.

Nice hotel and room but was missing airco
It's a very nice hotel and even in the COVID situation they gave good service and support. Food on the breakfast was ok and dinner is good. We had some confusion on the check-in which made us double pay the hotel, but both Hotels.com and the hotel management resolved this in less then one hour. As a frequent traveller I was surprised there is no airconditioning in the room which was a big mis during the 2 night stay and an outside temperature of 30 degrees. Overal satisfied on the hotel and would go back if I have to be in that area again and the temperature is not to high.

good day, we can't do anything with this kind of weather, but it is indeed very hot in the rooms. We have some fin fans you could have asked for And you can hardly do anything against these temperatures

Nice older facilities, we arrived a day early and Michael, the manager, was able to fit us in. He was most accommodating and tried to make sure we were happy. The breakfast is somewhat lacking but there are no other places in town. Could use fans in the rooms and ceiling fans throughout, it was very hot while we were there. Staff was stretched thin and aimed to please. Slow pace in a small European town.

Highly recommend
Our stay was wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and room is clean with all amenities except in room coffee, but that is available at the wonderful champagne breakfast that was included I. Our room. We were welcomed at check in by a very friendly young man who actually was a waiter for the tavern but also worked the desk for late arrivals. We had a fantastic dinner and wine. Rooms were quiet and even with open windows to cool the room it remained peaceful. Parking was easy and free. I would absolutely go back if given the chance. Just a quick drive to Bastogne.

One night stay while visiting Bastogne
Room was adequate, floor was dirty in room (left our socks dirty), no AC so the entire hotel was very hot. When we checked in at 1930 no one was at the reception desk and we had to wait for the waiter at the restaurant to show us to our rooms. Okay for a one night stay if not in the middle of summer.

Good location. Hotel room adequate.
Hotel in good location but parking can be a bit tricky. The room we were in on First Floor was adequate. Funny arrangement with shower, which is over middle of bath and no shower screen, consequently floor gets flooded when shower is used. Hairdryer barely functioning. No night staff so beware if you are checking in late or returning from an evening out.

Dirty, Will never stay again
The furniture was old and scratched, the carpet was filthy dirty, spotted and dirt well ground into fabric, the tile in the bath surround was cracked, the floor tile was filthy dirty, I washed the grout clean on one 8 in section with just a wet napkin. It had not been cleaned for a very long time. The light bulb in the bath was burned out, the other was totally missing along with the globe that should surround it. Walls thin as card board. Heard neighbors as though they were standing next to you. Paint peeling from hallway walls. Breakfast was cold, eggs cold, crossaints were burned. Desk staff was kind of just a bit friendly. Wouldn't change my room after very nicely telling her the room was best suited for hog raising. (Not what I told her, but accurate) I would never, ever stay there again, ever!! The hotel exterior is nice.....it ends there.

Life in a quaint Belgian village
Four friends visited the WWII sites near this famous village. Very close to Bastogne and Battle of the Bulge sites. Beautiful village with some outstanding places to eat. Great bakery and butcher within a few feet of the hotel. The hotel had a nice spa area. Their bar and restaurant were good. The breakfasts at the hotel were wonderful including fantastic pastries and bread and the great tasting eggs from the happy chickens.

Quaint hotel in center of town
Pros: Located in center of town. Acceptable (free) parking available. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Free internet. Food in the restaurant was good but a bit pricey. Cons: The room they initially gave us was nice but did not have a shower (tub with sprayer) and was at the end of the hallway where there was no wifi reception. This is a known problem and they gave us another room near the wifi access point. The room was smaller but had a shower. The carpet in the new room was worn out and bathroom grout had mildew stains but was clean overall. I would stay here again, but adjust your expectations accordingly.

Great location, friendly multi-lingual staff
I was in town for the F1 race at Spa-Francorchamps, as were several other guests at the hotel that weekend. It's maybe a 30 minute (beautiful) drive to the track from this hotel. Great bars/restaurants within a very short walk, ranging from takeout sandwiches to rather fancy French restaurants. The hotel doesn't exactly have its own private parking, but I never had trouble finding a space in the lot right behind it. I've since learned there's great mountain biking nearby also, now I wish I'd come to town a day sooner to explore that.

My wife and I were on a trip through Belgium to visit WWII areas and we saw this hotel on line. It is a classic old hotel in the center of this small town. The restaurant was good as well as was the bar service. We enjoyed the historical areas around the hotel and it was a good place to stay close to many sites. There is an outside sitting area, part of the bar area that is a nice place to enjoy the local culture. Parking was provided on the street which was not a problem. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable- nothing fancy, just a good hotel.

Charmant hôtel bien situé au cœur du village décoré avec goût proposant un bar et un restaurant cosy. Parking gratuit réservé aux clients de l’hôtel juste à côté. Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux sous forme de buffet. Espace bien être ouvert de 16h à 20h aux clients en accès libre avec jacuzzi, sauna, hammam et douche. Le hammam est malheureusement hors service. Personnel très agréable, hormis à la réception dont la seule préoccupation est de vérifier que vous avez bien tout payé… Nous avions réservé une chambre confort, propreté impeccable et literie très confortable. Cependant nous sommes TRÈS DÉÇU. Le mobilier est très vieillissant. Chambres très mal isolée, on entend le voisin d’à côté ronfler, la livraison du linge de l’hôtel dans la rue très tôt le matin avec les chariots en métal qui claquent etc… Très forte odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain qui se sent aussi dans la chambre, le sèche cheveux ne fonctionne pas, le dérouleur papier toilette cassé. Les informations ont été remontées à la réception à l’oral et à l’écrit via le formulaire mis à disposition en chambre mais aucun geste, action ni réponse n’a été apportée. Très grosse déception

Nachtje verbleven in dit hotel. Gastvrij, netjes, ruime kamer, bescheiden wellness maar zeker goed om even gebruik van te maken. Diner was prima. Ontbijt was super, t enige wat mij dan weer opvalt is “waarom men niet investeert in een super functionerende wifi…”. Verder: een aanrader!
