Property is tucked in along Hwy 7 but within six miles of most everything. Very quiet!

Check in was a breeze and both people working the front desk were wonderful!
At first glance the room appeared clean but upon further inspection it was obvious that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. There was hair and crumbs all over the bed and pillows. I called the front desk and requested clean bedding and they quickly got some more up there. The bedding they brought was for the hide a bed so I had to call again. They got the correct bedding and when I went to put the “clean sheets” on the bed there were black spots all over the fitted sheet so we ended up going to a store and buying sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets. The shower had soap scum and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. We were there 2 days so I cleaned the shower and floor. We were provided one unused roll of toilet paper. The second day I seen some people from housekeeping and asked for a roll of toilet paper. The first lady I asked couldn’t understand me at all and said she couldn’t speak English so she got someone else. I asked again for toilet paper and they tried to hand me a box of Kleenex so I said no I need toilet paper/tissue paper and they handed me a roll of paper towels. I didn’t know the Spanish word for toilet paper so I went back to the store and bought my own toilet paper. Everyone was so nice but the cleanliness of this place needs vast improvement. For what we paid to stay there we shouldn’t have to buy bedding and toilet paper.

No visible sign going into town; short driveway to property and not Home2's entry but from street to Home2 the road is HORRIBLE! Breakfast selection was a little below par from other Home 2 experiences. 3rd and 4th floors on on numer room side may see water. Even number you will see street and some condo's. Overall I would say it is worth it.

We love the Home2 Suites franchise, and have admittedly high standards based on our past experiences with these properties. In that context, this property is sufficient, but it is not excellent. The main disappointment was the breakfast, which is usually fantastic. This facility substitutes instant oatmeal for hot oatmeal, and the sandwiches weren't very fresh.

Everything from the room to the main lobby was clean, all the amenities were wonderful.
I loved the layout of the room, the blackout curtains, etc.

Everything was nice and clean because it’s a new property. Only negative was the pillows were horrible. Had no support. And the bedding was slick material and kept sliding all over and covers ended up off the bed by morning.

Please be advised that as a family friendly hotel, we do allow children to stay, and we generally try to give them a little bit of time to get settled into their room. I understand that this was an inconvenience to you, and am pleased that we were able to quickly resolve this issue for you by offering a move to a quieter location. Additionally, we must advise that at no time, do we allow knocking on another guests door to tell them to be quiet, for obvious safety and security reasons. We strive to keep all of our guests safe and secure at all times. And finally, we value all of our Hilton Honors members and we appreciate your loyalty! If a presidential suite were available, we would have happily moved you into it... But sadly, that just isn't part of the design at Home2 Suites! The room that we were given was not what we paid extra for, but we agreed to just get a studio room as long as it had a lake view which we were told that’s what we were going to get. But we came in a room with window facing nothing but a parking lot. We were lied to. Staff were not friendly at all and the breakfast was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth it for the price. There are plenty of better hotels in the area that are more reasonable priced and better customer service.

Beautiful property. Quite a ways from Hot Springs attractions. Super place if you're staying for work, not as convenient if a tourist.

Quite. It was very pleasant staff was nice property was very clean. Bed was a little hard and there was only 1 shower door. Just made a water mess. Rooms had everything you could need. Would stay again.

The mattress doesn't look like queen size at all. It's more like the regular full size bed. I got bug bites on my arms and thighs after staying two nights. There is no "Do not disturb" sign for you to hang on the door. So you will be bothered by the server every morning. I won't stay in this hotel in the future and definitely not recommend anyone to stay here.

The property is in a great location! Right next to restaurants and things to do. The rooms were perfect for bringing food back and fixing a meal in the room with all the things you would need in a normal kitchen .

No working water fountain for the facility during our stay aside from the dispenser on the drink dispenser used for breakfast. The gym was awfully humid, the pool was not in service although the days were 85 degrees plus. A pet friendly location but has minimal walking/grass for dogs to roam and tend to their business. All the opportunities above made the stay highly disappointing.

You need more carts for guests to carry their luggage on. I had to search every floor before I found one and it’s wheel was so wobbly, I could hardly push it
