This property has the veneer of a luxury boutique hotel but the customer experience of a Holiday Inn.

Top location!
If u want a Hotel in central and within walking distance of the MTR and attractions, look no further. The apartment was great, had everything I needed and the staff always had big smiles.

Virtually everything about the ONE96 apartment was excellent. The housekeeping and front desk services were superb - thorough, friendly, timely, and efficient. The location is terrific, easy access to the subway (MTR), tram, and buses. Walking is an excellent option, with a huge number of great places to visit within a 15-to-20 minute walk. The single drawback is that the kitchen is very sparsely furnished, eg no salt/pepper, dish towel, or any food prep items. There are just 2 of most dishes and silverware. Despite this, I still say this is a 5* choice for Central Tokyo. Our son moved there in 2021, and when we return, we will also return to One 96.

Terrible service with the front desk staff
It was my second time to stay at One96. The reason why I chose this hotel is the small kitchen. Otherwise, I must stay at the luxury hotel that I supposed to be. Normally I do understand the check out time is 12:00, I tried to requested late check out till 1:00pm and the staff turned me down directly and said 12:30 is the latest time that she can offer. So I tried my best to be there on time and I just late for 10mins The front desk woman called to my room for 2 times and said I must return back the room now. What’s that hotel service standard for? I really surprised the staff said the hotel room with high occupancy and the new guest already arrived at 12:30pm. When I check out there, there are no guest at the lobby. And the woman with black glasses staff just shout to me said that Do you know you are late? As I offered you check out at 12:30pm, no next time ok? The new guest was waiting for your room. I was really mad on her, how come the staff said like this to guest? When I want to leave from lobby, she stopped me directly said don’t leave, she has to check my room with impolite face and tone. I wonder what the deposit that I used for when I check in? The hotel already hold deposit from my credit card in case there have some damage who made by me. I really have no idea why she stopped me? As for a regular traveler, I really disappointed with this terrible experience. The first time I came to this hotel, the guy who checked me out was friendly. I will not stay there anymore

i like the fact that its a full floor suite, feel so comfy. the full length window is also very cool. but there is no room services/ room dining.

Amazing! They have a qashing machine in your room and they provide free pocket wifi too! Very convenient for a tourist like me. Probably the best hotel in hong kong. My standards for a hotel went up so much! Very friendly staff too

Great hotel. Big rooms. Good service. Only complaint are the blinds are not solid and almost transparent. The street lights in the evening shine through and the room is not dark at all. Moreover, people who are shy will worry others can see through the blinds, even though this might not be the case. Other than that, great hotel. Would stay again.

This property is very nice and in an ideal location for exploring Hong Kong. Close to the subway and walking distance from all the great bars and restaurants in the Central district of the city. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The hotel is extremely clean and modern. We loved our stay here!

Great apt, stayed a few times This time I had a early flight, and wasn’t able to check in, no staff around, waited 30min. Was told they had shower room I could freshen up in, felt like I was in a staff room, wasn’t a nice experience at all.
