Older property which I don’t usually mind as long as it’s clean. It was. Needs a lot of TLC Guests were loud and hanging around outside very late at night. Several people right outside of my door. This morning a guest laid on the horn as they drove off the property. No one available to check in guests when I arrived. Staff was friendly and kind once they arrived.

There were no employees. The lobby was locked. The number listed to call was inoperable. There were drunks in the parking lot. I left.

Got to check in but no one was at the counter. Waited in the cold for 15-20 minutes for someone to show up. When he finally got there he didn't seem to know what was going on since I'd booked online. Finally get to the room and a guy comes up before I even get out of my car. First asks for a cigarette. Then asks for a dollar. Neither of which I had. The proceeds to ask me if "my man is somewhere around" and if I need help unloading my car. Of course I declined and felt very uncomfortable. He left and when I opened the door to this room I was not pleased. Tiles by the entry we're broken. It smelled, the bathroom light didn't work and it looked as though someone had used and clogged the toilet and left it there. I have my 3year old with me. Nothing felt safe about this and it felt so disgusting I'd rather go dumpster diving. We turned around and went back asking for a refund, which I'm still waiting on. Just really not happy with how this whole thing went down. I know it was a cheap place, but come on. Broken and unsafe is never okay no matter the price of a room.

after driving there was told there had been a water pipe break and no rooms. coincided with ox ord game and race. they said they had tried to contact expedia but could not get through. the property was not in a good condition but they were working on it

Room furnishings are nice and comfortable, clean with no bugs. The grounds are not being maintained: broken concrete everywhere, iron work needs extensive sand blasting and painting. No landscaping.

I appreciate whoever might be trying to rehabilitate this facility but it's going to take a monumental effort on OYO's part to help them. I have stayed in places which looked better and safer on the outside in developing countries (Honduras, Uruguay, etc.) than this. Nevertheless, the room was clean, the bed was bug free, the bathroom was in working order. But: the a.c. unit was either badly in need of a filter change or coolant; the television remote was not working, and the curtains were coming apart on one side. I was intentionally going cheap because my wife was at her college reunion and I was alone but I was taken back by conditions.

I'M NOT SURE YOU WOULD LIKE WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. THAT WAS ONE OF THE WORST STAYS EVER. THE FRONT OFFICE WAS RARELY THERE TO HANDLE ANYTHING. THERE IS MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE LOOK NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE HOTEL. IT IS A RUNDOWN PIECE OF JUNK THAT NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED AND REDONE INTO SOMETHING THAT IS WORTH STAYING IN. APPEARENTLY NO ONE FROM YOUR COORPORATE OFFICE HAS BEEN TO THIS SITE. WE DID NOT GET ANY CLEAN LINEN EXECPT FOR THE DAY WE ARRIVED. HE GAVE US PHONE NUMBERS TO CALL IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES, BUT NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. THERE IS A POLE DOWN IN THE PARKING LOT, A SAFETY HAZZARD THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN THERE FOR AWHILE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY, BUT WAS COMMITTED TO THE LOW COST. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY... I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND GOING TO THAT HOTEL... EVER....

OYO = Omg Yet Overpriced. A Dump. A Sh*~ Shack.
OYO hould be for Omg! Yet Overpriced! Maybe the worst place I've stayed in 45 years of traveling. Potholes in front, lous weirdos drivi g around in back all night. Bow code condition: electric switcjes missing covers, toilet with wrong size cover, meager pillows. A scam of a shambling shack like dump. Nice guy Raj checked me in. 48 dollar room became 80 after undisclosed pet fee and tax. Horrible.

When you see this name RUN
It was the worst, run down, hole in the wall ever!!!!! The bathroom was nasty and everything was broken. I have never seen anything like this in my life!!! I generally trust Hotels.com for their reviews but after this trip I will be using another site!!!

Only had a knob lock on the door. The chairs and curtain had duct tape on them. The bathroom had a leak and the floor was wet. The bathroom sink was held up by some metal/wood legs. The shower was atrocious. I couldn’t even take a shower before leaving. The tv was lower than the bed so it was hard to watch

The manager was super nice and a great friendly guy. But honestly staying here i felt like i stepped into a 3rd world country hotel (which ive seen and exlerienced). It honestly was the kind of place you felt unsafe in, where you expected bed bugs (i never slept in the covers). The bathroom was dirty and small and the shower room even worse.

Hotels.com wouldn't answer the phone, for 3 hours.
Tried to cancel immediately after booking, on hold with Travelocity for 2 hours and call got dropped. Called hotel, but wouldn't cancel unless through hotels.com. called hotels.com and was on hold for an hour before connecting thru chat. He called hotel but they refused to cancel since after 6, but didn’t book till after 6. Hotel charged me a over $100 to take 2 phone calls. Hotels.com did not help, and never answered the phone, 3 hours on hold.

This property should not be allowed to host Expedia people stay. It was not livable, one channel, no TP until we went to get it, one towel. If that was not bad enough we were awoken at 1am until 5 am to a couple screaming at each other outside our door. No police were called, this seemed to be the norm, if you have a choice, any other choice, take it....I would sleep in my car b fire staying there. It states no refunds well No kidding it was horrifically bad

Stayed 2/14/2021 just for a few hours due to my water froze at my house and really just wanted to take a shower. The room was freezing, dark, gross looking. The bed was nasty looking. It had the OLDER probably 90’s maybe 32 inch tv and all the cable wires were disconnected and unplugged. I spent like 10 mins hooking everything up to even make the tv work. I was there only a few hours it was snowing bad. Just wanted to get a shower and leave. Next time I’ll just go to a truck stop that place is nasty and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The guy running the place was nice but beyond that the place severely needs renovated.

This hotel is the filthiest place I have ever stayed but it was so late and I was traveling with two dogs I didn’t have much choice . They also charged me 50 dollars extra for my dogs but would only take cash. Horrible stay away!!!

Take your chances. The cost of the room was inexpensive so that was good & I suppose I got what I paid for. The hotel is supposedly undergoing renovation but my room hadn’t seen much updates yet. The wood baseboards were wet & rotting & I don’t think the heat or AC worked, good thing it was October. Bathroom was buggy & dripping water. Good thing it looks as if the sheets were clean as I was in that room less than 8 hours & just to sleep. If the room hadn’t been nonrefundable & if there had been another option in the area, I would have found it.

Other hotel look is exactly what you would expect for the price. However the couple that I assume own it are very kind and accommodating. You can tell the room was clean and they were truly trying to get people to stay that come through the area.
