Good day Sebastian. Thank you for taking the time to review us. We take all reviews as positive and would improve were necessary. I would like to add to your review and state you did not stayed with us at ama zulu guesthouse. You had made a booking with us. We took your reservation amount. Our manager at the time did not allocate the amount to your room account. We then took the amount again which was picked up as a double payment on our side. We then immediately refunded you towards your visa credit card. You were informed and both us and you were happy with the situation and we have confirmed everything on our side. 4 days upon your arrival we received a dispute from your bank in Germany stated that you would like to have another refund off reservation amount. This time it was for a master card. We did not had any details off your master card transaction. We did inform you if your bank take this reservation amount from us , it will mean that you have a zero balance at our guesthouse for your reservation. I did inform you aswell that after you have received your refund 4 weeks before arrival you should have this money in your account. You said that you will contact your bank to reverse it, but it was to late. The options I had given you was to make a payment on arrival, you had refused this. As a owner off this guesthouse we can’t let any guests stay free off charge. For us to be debited twice on our account was a lot off funds . As the manager explain to you that we had a very dry winter and then our rain season started. We did however sprayed our entire guests rooms and guesthouse for aunts again. I would like to add to your review and state that you have booked a room that includes breakfast. we do offer a variety off facilities free off charge( revert back to our site) Unforgenatly we can't do the laundry free off charge. To charge a R100 for a load and iron it is the most reasonable rate you can get. Upon our guests arrival we always would like to see were we can assist our guests. Our team at Ama Zulu is reliable and would assist were it matters. regarding the cockroaches , we had a very heavy rain 2 days upon your arrival and there were 1 in your bathroom. We did however removed it and did explain to you that the reason was because off the rain. We did however explain aswell that we do spray once a month at all our units and property outside for all insects and mosquitoes . In all our units and outside areas we do supply insect repellent for all our guests. Im a bit sadden what you are saying about our guesthouse and confused .
