A stuffed animal was left behind by someone in the building. A staff member went above and beyond by creating posters and placing them throughout the building in an effort to locate the missing owner of the "snuggle buddy". As an outsider, it was fun for me to inquire about the situation.

The property was very nice and clean. The person above me was running around for quite a while at night which was disappointing. The breakfast was good. I was very happy there.

I was accused of smoking in the room. Was charged a $250 cleaning fee. DID NOT smoke in the room. Will never stay in another Marriott property. EVER

Ralph,All or most hotels are non smoking hotels and a minimum of 250 is taken as we have to deodorize and do extensive cleaning beyond the normal cleaning of the room, take out all fabrics and linens so that in case another guest is allergic. We do have a no smoking policy and we do take pictures of evidence of smoking if it is found in our rooms.

The vast number of dining options, the clean and well crafted design room, not to mention the comfortable bed and bedding. Although we did not use the kitchen area, it is well stocked and ready to use. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel in Hixson
This was our second stay here. Very nice, relatively new hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again when in the area. Only downside is that it is close to the train tracks and hospital. If you are a light sleeper, occasional sirens and trains may be a problem.

First off, I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and never had an issue. This last stay ruined that record by staff allowing drugs to be used and sold on the property the employee just kept saying it's not his issue since its being done outside the doors. He should have at least notified the authorities or something but instead he stayed on his personal call and gave no care for the guest's safety.

Good hotel bad Pillows
Overall hands down best hotel stay of the Year for me however the pillow quality was terrible, they were paper thin spent most of the night adjusting them and I did not sleep well.

Left the room, it was much more than I expected. The evening, clerk, however, was a dour and unfriendly person who I even had to ask if she was having a bad day. She never once cracked a smile, and she didn’t answer me. In fact, she never said a word to me. She was the worst part of this entire state.

Front staff was friendly. Checkin and check out were a breeze. The room was very nice and very clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was nice and clean. It is extremely conveniently located to everything in hixson. We will definitely stay again.

The water pressure was so low that we couldn't take a shower the whole time we were there. I reported it to the front desk the 1st morning we were there. Nothing was ever done to fix it, and we were never contacted about the problem.

The internet problems caused a very unpleasant experience with watching TV there. (Room 209) Couldn’t use my laptop either. Lots of cereals and nuts for breakfast but the hot options were pathetic. Front desk in the evening was very nice. But overall, I was very disappointed.

This is a lovely, clean, relatively new hotel in Hixon. Convenient location to mall and restaurants. Nice staff, large efficiency type room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. The only problem is that traffic can easily be heard from the nearby road (153) AND train whistles go off multiple times throughout the night. Unfortunately, the building does not seem to be well insulated.

The hotel just opened so all is shiny and new. The aesthetics are beautiful! The only complaint is the road noise. Lots of loud cars and motorcycles throughout the night.

When we got there to check in the guy had stepped away from the desk so we had to wait a few minutes. Breakfast was super crowded and had to wait on hot food a good bit as well. Room was spacious and clean and modern. Could hear noise from the road.

The pool is indoors, but unheated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing. Limited breakfast options if you can't have eggs, but otherwise, this is a very nice property. Would definitely stay again.

We checked in today with our dog. The young lady at the desk was very kind and checked us in quickly. The room is large - we had been staying downtown when visiting family here and this is so much nicer! It’s convenient and new.
