"My boyfriend and I came from atlanta for a day/night getaway. We arrived right at 3pm to make the most of our time and was told our room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be for at least 30 min but they will call me when it’s ready. We went to go eat at the restaurant in the hotel (which was pretty good!), and ended up just sitting and waiting hoping for a call. At 4:15 we went back to check and they said it was ready but they had no phone number to call us- I wish they would’ve emailed or thought to ask if they didn’t have it when we tried checking in earlier. They didn’t offer anything for the late room or inconvenience, I asked for a parking voucher- they accommodated but were hesitant. The room was nice and a good size but didn’t have any waters, any lotion, the bathroom lights were dim, and the TV was not in a place we could really even see it from the bed or couch- kind of strange. Not a bad hotel, just expected better for the price."
