I'd recommend the B&B and would have given it 5 stars, but it is quite close to the road so there is a bit of road noise in the mornings, and the mattresses were too soft. Having said that, I had a great stay and the host is wonderful, great communication, and nice staff on site.

It was very well set up for travel during COVID. Breakfast was left for me to prepare myself, with everything I could want. Neat, simple room and friendly staff.

Hi, We recently stayed 6 nights at Bij Jans B&B. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown to our room, the room has ample storage space and also has a TV, wash basin,a fan and wifi. The kitchen has everything needed to create your own breakfast fresh bread, meat,cheese, eggs, yogurt,and jams are available from the refrigerator. The kitchen also has a coffee machine which is available all day and a kettle for us tea drinkers, in the fridge you will also find orange juice. Around the kitchen you will also find fresh fruit, biscuits,cake and snack bars which you can pick up and enjoy if needed. The toilet and shower area are kept spotlessly clean along with the bedrooms and kitchen. There is ample free parking provided to the side of the property, and to the rear there is a restaurant which serves good hot food at reasonable prices. We would like to say thank you for our stay it was wonderful, just like being at home. It has to be 10/10. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, warm and welcoming!
Bij Jans was a wonderful stay. It was convenient to have good food to make our own breakfast in a nice kitchen. We did not even have to clean up, that was done for us. We had a spacious family room that made for a pleasant stay. They had warm hospitality and helped with local information and printing tickets we needed. There was easy parking and access to bike paths. We will definitely return when there isn't snow on the ground to take full advantage of the area.

Vriendelijke ontvangst Keurig ingericht, lekker bed, goede sanitaire voorzieningen en praktisch dat je zelf snacks kon pakken en ontbijt kon maken En er was een hele ruime keuze. Heel compleet voor een laag bedrag. Aanrader. Omgeving heb ik niet gezien helaas.

Der Check in war sehr schnell und einfach erledigt. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Täglich wurde alles frisch aufgefüllt. Also in ganzer Linie perfekt. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe Urlaub machen wollen, gehen wir gerne wieder hier her.

Tolles Preisleistungsverhältnis. Einrichtung der Küche top, Frühstück wird selbst zubereitet, was jedoch vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Betten gut. Im Zimmer ausreichend Platz und Abstellmöglicjkeit.

Ik was op doorreis en moest in de buurt van Tilburg een nachtje verblijven. Prettige ontvangst, met fijn communicatie over tijdstip vooraf. Zeer schoon en mooi hotel en ik kreeg een gratis upgrade. Prachtige kamer met mooie badkamer, goed bed en TV. De keuken / gemeenschappelijke ruimte was superschoon, heel leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien met fruit/koekjes/snoep/drank/koffie gewoon beschikbaar. Ontbijt was self-service maar alles wat je kon wensen was er.

Beautiful B&B in lovely Hilvarenbeek
We booked a room with two beds and a shared bath room. But we got a free upgrade to a double room with an own bath room. The room and also the B&B itself was very beautiful and comfortable. We had a great day at Hilvarenbeek. The breakfast was very dutch, so ist was great time something typically dutch. The B&B has a great scandinavian Style and was very clean. So all was perfect for our stay

Voor een dagje Beekse Bergen, het schoonste verblijf ooit, vriendelijk ontvangen. We hebben meer gekregen dan we gevraagd hadden (drinken, koekjes etc..) Het enige minpuntje is de gemeenschappelijke douche, dat hadden we anders begrepen (1 douche voor het gezin) maar het waren 2 douches voor 3 kamers incl. de gezinskamer die we hadden. Maar omdat we de enige "bewoners" waren was dit geen enkel punt en hadden we zelfs de volledig ingericht keuken ter beschikking.

Leuke plaats in een zeer losse sfeer

best value for money ever
Newly renovated B&B with pleasant personal attention. I did get an upgrade and had a private shower, but all in all it seems extremely good value for money to me. Add a small bar of soap and 4 starts would be appropriate.
