It was clear that the hotel had been updated recently. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean but had stains on them. The hot breakfast items were sausages, which were good, but the eggs were kind of strange (whites in patty form, I think.) There were a bunch of young guys in the parking lot smoking pot and clanging a long blade of some sort on the pavement. They were there for over an hour and made us feel very uncomfortable about leaving our cars there.

Breakfast is a joke. Most items were not available and we had to ask for them. We have stayed at many hotels in Grove city and this hotel and their service is nowhere close. Elevator kept getting stuck few times.

The vending machine was empty, the area around the hotel was kinda bare. It was called an outlet mall but there wasn’t anything around except one restaurant with good food but grouchy servers.

The hotel is ok if staying a night or 2. Breakfast was so small they had one waffle maker and the line to make them was about 5-6 deep. Not many options for breakfast. Room was clean bathroom floor was dirty but the outlets near bed did not work. So only had one outlet in the room that I was able to use.

Room was small but comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave did not work. The window appeared to be cracked and taped. Breakfast options were barely adequate but there was a waffle iron and the coffee was ok.

My phone started ringing at 5 am with at least 3 different phone calls. When I tried to answer them (which i was not happy about) the receiver on the phone was not connected and was broken so it could not be used. When I turned the water on in the tub for the first 15 secons brown water came from the tap. I was concerned about consuming any water products in the room. The room had a TV but it was not properly programmed so to use it one had to click on every channel which rendered it a waste of time, money and effort. In general I was very disappointed becaue I am not usually high maintenence but if the water in the room, the tv in the room and the equipment in the room is all sub-standard I cannot encourage others to stay there.

Do I think you should stay here? YES!
Our stay was great! We trailered our Jeeps to get ready for next weeks Bantem Jeep Festival & sat outside for awhile & enjoyed the weather & car show. Did some shopping. No one bothered us. We were comfortable. Was very relaxed. Great service. Very friendly. Nice continental breakfast the next day. We will definitely stay again!

The room was small, walls are thin and can hear talking in adjoining rooms. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. The breakfast available was not great. Large gaps at the bottom of the doors which makes hall noise more noticeable.

The towels in this room need to be replaced. Worn looking. Happy I had my own towels along. The young lady who greeted us on our arrival was very pleasant.
