The property is lovely the mattress was a bit too soft for me in room 6 the free continental breakfast was great yogurts cerials fruit toast etc very hot in the room could do with a flat sheet on bed instead of a thick quilt so that you could have just had the sheet covering you some one else said that too

A lovely old pub surrounded by peaceful countryside. Our bedroom was clean,tea &coffee, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner all supplied. The staff are all very friendly,and willing to help in any way.

Well placed for leominster. Very reasonably priced. Comfortable and separate seating area to bedroom. Comfy bed. Parking. Wasnt anything we didn't like. Would have been good to have a fridge in the room for drinks, snacks.

Basic but clean ,comfortable could have done with a rug as the tiled floor was cold to walk on. Otherwise ok for a few nights

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely gorgeous stay. Such a stunning place in a beautiful location. The bed was comfy, shower great and service levels were first rate. So much choice at breakfast!

Nice premises but lacking service.
The premises were pleasant, recently refurbished, but a bit stuffy and the television didn’t work! The breakfast was a real disappointment. It was “get it yourself” with no supervision. The produce was prepackaged, and really wasn’t a Continental breakfast. Croissants in wrappers, no fresh meat, cheese or rolls. No filter coffee. A bit of effort could have made something special.

Fantastic
A last minute booking for a business trip. I can not recommend this place highly enough. Fantastic clean room, a great shower and a comfortable bed, all situated next to a great pub that serves great food, great beer complimented by super friendly efficient staff. 5 massive stars, This will be the only place I will stay in this area from now on

Being quite remote is an advantage and a disadvantage, it’s a local pub for local people but the staff make you feel welcome. There was not terrestrial tv in the room so you have to log into one of your streaming services, fine if you have them but no good for news and live programs. Our door key fitted the main door as well as our door, this made us think that this may mean the other keys may also fit our door? Continental breakfast is in the kitchen type area, and seems well stocked, I hope you get along with the other guests as there is nowhere to hide over breakfast.

A nice clean and well appointed room with modern functioning en-suite facilities. The Smart TV and self service breakfast worked for me but may not work for everyone. Great if you need an early start.

Great clean good size room with continental breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff and excellent food at the pub. One of the best pub meals we have ever had.
