Parking policy
Again the issue with free parking on site - guaranteed by hotel under reservation. Parking was full and I've been informed that I can use garrage (surcharge) or park on the street (for free - great option). Finally after far too long conversation they allow me to use garage for free. However mixed feelings after that will stay with me - that was second time when I had unpleasent chat in this hotel about "free parking". It means that's their unofficial policy.

Warm and pleasant environment within the hotel grounds. Staff are mostly friendly and all made an earnest effort to communicate in English as my Hungarian was still developing. Really far out from all amenities if travelling by public transport.

Fabulous.
We had a marvellous night in this lovely hotel. We used the bar, wellness center, restaurant. All were excellent. Strongly recommend!

Rooms are nice with nice bathrooms. The Restaurant could only offer buffet that have kept warm all evening. We stayed in a weekend and the pool area was always full with children

Mint mindig, most is fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat! Zavartalan és kényelmes volt a pihenésünk. Igazi feltöltődés ebben a szállodában lenni.

Nem találták a foglalásunkat,mert elírták a nevet. Franciaágy helyett két egyszemélyes ágyat kaptunk,ennek megoldása pedig az ágyak összetolása volt...véleményem szerint ettől még nem lett franciaágy. Két köntös helyett csak egy volt bekészítveva szekrénybe. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. A wellnes részlegben is jól éreztük magunkat.

Excellent séjour dans les environs de Budapest
Le séjour fut agréable à l’hôtel Abacus pendant 3 jours. Le lieu est à 45 minutes de Budapest donc la voiture est nécessaire. Attention les places de parking extérieur sont gratuites mais très limité. Vous devez vous rabattre sur le parking couvert qui lui est payant mais non annoncé préalablement ce qui est dommage. Petit déjeuner sans croissants et dîner très correct sans plus. Les massages sont de très bonnes qualités et pour 30 euros durée 60 minutes vous avez un service de qualité. Beaucoup de familles mais les soirées sont assez calme.Vous avez un supermarché à 500 mètres pour les achats alimentaires et autres. Hôtel à conseiller pour les familles.

Vores 3 døgns ophold på Abacus Business & Wellness Hotel levede fuldt op til vore forventninger. Hotellet fremstår med pæne værelser, god morgenmad, en hyggelig cafe og ikke mindst Welness området. Eneste ulempe ved dette hotel er afstanden ind til Budapest (32 km) som - selv om der kører et lokal tog 2 km. fra hotellet, opleves lidt bøvlet.

Zimmer ok, kein Wasserkocher in Zimmer, Lüfter Bad sehr laut und läuft lange nach . Wellness nur bis 20.00 Uhr auf , Abendessen als buffet leider nicht so toll . Frühstück schlecht , kleine Auswahl und alles optisch nicht ansprechend. Rührei hat nach nichts geschmeckt, ich weiß nicht mal was das war . Das beste am Frühstück war das Brot, mehr nicht .

Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Empfang, Personal sehr nett. Abendessen ist relativ kostspielig, aber vielseitig. Zimmer, Bett perfekt. Ich komme wieder, dann werde checken, wie das Wellnessbereich ist.

Összességében nincs negatív élményem, talán annyi hogy az egyik párna huzatot nem cserélték ki az előző vendég után, és a szoba hűtő sem volt feltöltve. (fogyasztottam volna). De jelzésem után rögtön kicserélték a párnahuzatot, és elnézést kértek. Kaja kitűnő, választékos friss, személyzet lesik a kívánságokat. One of the worst experience!!!
Starting from check-in everything was absolutely incredible. I booked for king size bed and only when I reach the hotel I realized that the structure has king size bed only in suite rooms. So extra paid for upgrade. Position of hotel is absolutely out of the world. In order to have taxi you should wait at least 45 mins. During my stay of 5 days nobody came and clean my room even I asked for 2 times. And no cleaning, only change towels and remake my bed with same sheets I sleept the day before. Internet connection is not existing and when you connect device, every 2 mins you have to re-establish the connection. A la carte Restaurant brings you dishes from buffet and charges double price (I saw with my eyes) and if they say me that is not true I can share also videos. Air conditioning in room not working. The hotel doesn’t have laundry service not even you want to have iron service. Second day of my stay, my macbook charger is disappeared magically from my room and nobody knows nothing. Only positive note was the staff. All guys did their best to cover structure problems and I appreciate.

Hotel impeccabile, bello, nuovo, ottima colazione e buona SPA...purtroppo la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Il primo giorno la nostra camera non è stata né pulita né è stato rifatto il letto. Il secondo giorno ci è andata meglio camera sistemata, bagno pulito ma niente cambio degli asciugamani. Peccato....ma si può sempre migliotmrare!

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben auch noch kurzfristig zwei Massagetermine bekommen. Etwas verwundert hat uns, dass in der Sauna die Badesachen angelassen wurden.

Worth the money
Great Hotel with private parking. A nice snaller spa in the basement has what you need. Restaurant is good, both breakfast and dinner were great. The restaurant manager is really helpful and polite. There is a 15 min walk to the closest train station Herceghalom. From here there is a 20min train downtown for 1€

lieu impressionnant, mais est tari par un mauvais entretien des installations... le repas était à moitié froid, buffet ok, mais quand même, si on offre un buffet jusqu'à 21h, on doit aussi s'arranger que l'on y mange bien jusqu'à ces horaires là... TV ne fonctionnait pas...
