"The service was poor. I stayed a week and the room was never cleaned! Even though I asked several times. The bathroom was broken and didn’t flush for two days and they didn’t fix it. After several times/two days of me asking them to change me to a different room they did. "

There is very limited space to put your clothes as no drawer space, we were there for 5 days in high summer so had quite a lot of stuff. The balcony was a big plus and we ate out there several times. I was disappointed that the bar was never open; the staff seemed confused when I asked. ...

"Campanile Hendaye is a convenient hotel for a one night stop. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was functional and had coffee making facilities which was a bonus the only real let down was that the plug in the bathroom was broken and it wasn’t possible to have a bath."
