When I made the booking, I was charged immediately by the hotel (whereas most hotels charge you AFTER checking in). However, on the day I went to check-in, the "hotel" was closed when I arrived around 11:20 pm. Because they don't have any after hour service. The problem is, I was NOT informed of this limited services when I made the booking nor when I receive the bill upon reservation.
As a tourist in a new city, I had to spend money (a hefty taxi bill and last minute booking at another hotel) and time to find accommodation for the night. What is more unacceptable is, when went to book online for that night of stay, this hotel STILL showed up as an option to book for that night. What a way to deceive people.
I am filing a refud request with Hotels.com. Let's hope they address this.
Regarding the hotel, I would highly caution regarding booking at this place.
