The corridor stank. The room had heavy and stuffed air,aybe dirty carpeting.

Da mit Zuga angereist, sehr nahe am Hbf. Auch sehr nahe bei öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Sehr ruhige Lage.. Gutes Frühstück. Nettwes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich würde dort immer eieder buchen Bernhard Schröder

Das Zimmer war im EG, direkt daneben führt die Zufahrt/Weg zum Parkplatz. Jede/r konnte in das Fenster schauen, es war nicht genug mit Folie undurchsichtig gemacht. Check-in: der erforderliche Zugangscode ist auf der Buchungsbestätigung schlecht zu finden.

Parkplatz muss extra gebucht werden,wurde über Trivago etc.nicht angezeigt. Am besten anrufen,da in der nähe kaum freie Stellplätze sind.Ansonsten ganz Ok.

Der Online Ceckin war über Expedia gar nicht möglich. Der Checkin Automat am Jotel war defekt. Über die Notfallnummer wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Zimmer nicht bezahlt sei und ich deswegen nicht einchecken könne, was gar nicht gestimmt hat. Ich musste 1 Stunde warten, bis jemand an der Rezeption war

Die Unterkunft lässt sich problemlos weiter empfehlen. Allerdings ist die Parksituation so eine spezielle Sache. Am besten bei Buchung gleich mit angeben.

Wir haben keinen Parkplatz am Hotel bekommen, da diese alle vorab reserviert waren. Was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Der Parkplatz war beim vorbeigehen immer zur Hälfte leer. Im Zimmer war die Absaugung im Bad sehr laut. Ist in der Nacht nicht so toll.

I'd like to recommend this hotel for your trip. but when you check in, please check your room is not next a storage or a cleaning room. Cleaning process is start early morining. It makes some noisey sound and prevent your deep sleep.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel sehr sauber,dass Personal sehr freundlich.Das Frühstück ausreichend,die Zimmer und das Bad waren ebenfalls sauber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Beim nächsten Besuch in Heilbronn werden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel Buchen.
