Everything almost good only one thing that made me fail is smell. my room, I smelled sth. nasty that made me feel sick all night long, Musty smell. Event I sprayed clean air a few times the bad smell still happen. Moreover my friend room had cigarette smoking event has no smoking sign in that room that made my friend room was not good.

Nice space worth the money
The space is just nice to accommodate for 2 people. Just that some tuk tuk were not familiar with the name of this hotel so we end up using grab.

About 10 minutes walk to Lee Garden. Nevertheless, the food stalls along the main street were great (especially the Mala Chinese Barbeque sticks)! Hotel staff were friendly, room conditions were as seen in the pictures. The only thing that could be improved on is if staff could clear the spider webs along the bed edges and maybe make up the room more frequently. Apart from that, it's affordable and would recommend!

Nice Room Concept and Layout
I choose to stay here because the layout of the room is so brilliant. Kudos to designer and the idea. The staff is friendly and nice. But the management failed to check if cleaner do their job or not. Our room is not make up on 2nd day even we put the 'please make up room' tag at the door. But at the third day they manage to do that. Thank you.

This place is NOT how hotel.com describes it
Very disappointing. On the plus side the building looks new and cheerful, the rooms are clean and the fittings are well done. Maybe the place is ok if you look for hostel style accomodation, but when I booked on hotels dot com it looked much better than what i got: the room is very small, not even half of the 20m2 advertised, it has no window though city views were advertised, it does not have the advertised fridge. Reception claims all rooms are the same. Hotels.com should change the description!!! I did not get what I paid for. Staff could be more customer oriented; noisy between rooms and corridors.

very ideal for budget traveller and long staying guest who likes to work out coz there is a descent gym. tv area and kitchen .. but none of the staff can communicate in english

More of a Motel than a Hotel
The hotel is fairly new so getting to it by tuk tuk can be difficult as many drivers confuse it with "The Bed" hotel. I stayed at the hotel for over a week and it was a big mistake on my part. I thought the ratings were good, especially for the price but I should I chosen a hotel closer to Lee Plaza. The hotel staff speaks very little English so it's not a great place to stay as a western foreigner. I had to change rooms after the first night when I noticed that there was a lot of small bugs crawling all over the couch and under the mattress. I was told they were ants, but I did find what seemed like a few small bug bites on my leg. I had to look through several other rooms to find one to stay in that didn't have he bugs or a leak above the shower. Other than the bugs, the rooms are not exactly dirty but there are stains all over the place (eg. on bathroom walls, sheets, the couch) and there was some gross crusty stuff on the side of the bed post that remained there my whole stay. I was also displeased to find that there is a single shared fridge for the hotel in a shared kitchen (often with other noisy residents). If you eat anything in your room apparently it can attract more bugs so eating out or in the kitchen is crucial. The hotel design seems to echo all the hotel sounds as well so most night are filled with loud noises (making it hard to sleep). I stayed in one of the twin bed rooms and the blanket provided is actually just a large towel. The price I paid was ok though

Be careful of being ripped off the deposit of 300b
Though the lost door card is of course needed to be compensated, it does not worth 300baht, does it? But this is the rule n non negotiation. Even the staff is surprised at the rule. Why put yourself in risk?
