Very stylish rooms. Mine was a standard king and I had a nice view and huge bathroom with shower and bath. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The location close to Machester Piccadilly station made it very convenient.

"Ventilation was poor, we had no access to go onto the balcony due to door being locked. There was no windows in the room. No source of natural air. Not sure why dogs were allowed in the restaurant and it wasn't not a guide dog."
