The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center.

Great value for the price and location. 5 minute walk to the subway station. Friendly service provided by the staff; greetings were always warm, and the staff provided assistance in everything that I asked for. The hotel is a little outdated on the inside, there were a couple cigarette burns on the carpet in my room, the fridge didn't work, no AC in the room, wifi dropped in and out, black/dark brown water gushed out every time the shower faucet was turned on, the inside of the hotel could use a little more lights, and the hotel's surroundings can get a little hectic as it's located next to a train station.

Group of 22 visitors- Christmas
Bremen Hotel .... Definitely very near the Harbin Train Station -Walking Distance .... Useful if you would connect to other Train Destinations.... even though at during our stay the Harbin Train Station was under a major Refurbishment and still Unopen . The area has a lot of Restaurants to choose within a block of its location ( another plus ) ....Relatively Clean and Safe for us ....and Hotel Staffs are very attentive and very helpful. They even give us apples to their guests as Christmas Gifts - a nice touch to make our stays very warmth and friendly The only Criticism I have is the water pressure when taking a shower during morning .... it slows when everyone is using - quite difficult when taking a bathe during winter ... hope they Solve this soon . Otherwise- we enjoy our stay in Bremen Hotel Harbin Train Station for 4 nights .

This excellent hotel is located near train station. There are public buses to the central walking street and flood control monument. Famous dumpling restaurant chain nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, well decorated, clean and warm. One of my best hotel experience in China, and for a very reasonable price too. I would stay here again if visiting Harbin. Staff speak English.

Bremen Hotel - Great Location, Average Hotel
Overall, the convenience of the location made our stay at Bremen Hotel worth it. The bus stop for Unit 731 museum is only two or three minutes walk away, and the bus back from Harbin Snow and Ice World dropped us off right outside the hotel. Also, Saint Sophia Cathedral and Zhongyang Street are close by, and there is an ATM in the bank next door. Moreover, we enjoyed the decoration inside. Apparently, the rooms were remodeled in 2014. So, most of the interior design is very nice. Now for the downsides of Bremen Hotel. First and foremost, check-in was a little difficult. The front staff said they hadn't received notice of my booking through Hotels.com. However, I showed them the e-mail of my confirmation and they called someone over the phone, ostensibly the manager. At first, even he said he couldn't see my payment and asked me to pay at the front desk. However, we told them to just give us a room and around that time the manager called back and said he'd found our order. Short note here: my fiance is Chinese. Without her speaking to them, I imagine this situation would be much worse. The whole process took somewhere between 10-20 minutes. In addition, there were problems with the shower. First, it was too cold. Second, our drain was somehow clogged and filled the tub with water. We had the staff come to fix the drain, but the water never became that hot. Also, the heating unit was always too hot with no way to adjust the temperature. Also, no convenience stores nearby.

Right next to the airport bus.
Convenient to the airport shuttle. Staff was nice, and the room was really fine. Would deffinately use it if I need something with easy access to the airport again. If you are there to tour around the city, there will be more convenient options.

酒店比较旧,房间不算太小,干净,前台有礼貌。哈站旁,走5分钟就有机场大巴站,以酒店的条件而论,价格有点小贵。

最悪
便の関係で夜遅く着きましたが、着いたらフロントに誰も居なく、ロビーのソファーで寝ていた人が起きてきて、予約がないと言い出し、パソコンで予約の確認すら出来ない担当者でした。なんだかんだで1時間半も待たされ、やっとチェックインできたら、今度はボイラーの故障でお湯が出ないと言われ、その日はシャワーも浴びれずに寝ました。対応の悪さにさすが中国って感じでした。
