“Good Centrally Located Hotel”

Good location downtown, usual standards for a Delta hotel, comfortable, large room with patio. Good front-end staff. Expensive parking

“Great Location, Friendly Staff”

I travelled with my sister-in-law for a 4 day get away. The hotel was centrally locate, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff didn't always have all the answers we needed but were very friendly and helpful. Didn't find their buffet breakfast worth the money. The room was clean and comfortable and our room was quiet. I would stay here again.

“Jusr Okay”

It was okay. Not as nice as I expected. Delta Barrington was much nice, better located even though they were only blocks away from each other. The food was better at Barrington. Was given bad directions from the main desk for going to a specific attraction. Carpet was not very clean, toilet was not clean.

“Good Hotel in Good Location”

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was on a holiday so after putting out the do not disturb the first morning, the head of housekeeping called later and asked what time would be best for me. I arranged for 10:00 AM and they never bothered me before that time. She also wanted to know if they could bring me a fridge, toaster, microwave or anything else I could think of. The location is right downtown and I walked everywhere. Lots of good restaurants, shopping etc in the immediate area. The Hotel is not totally non smoking yet, but the whole floor I was on was. In all, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to others.

“Quality hotel, difficult to access”

Great hotel, but getting from the parking garage next door to the hotel is difficult, as it is poorly marked. Also, it is in an awkward location to get to by car.

I was satisfied with this hotel, the staff are very friendly. The only glitch was that booking staff don't pay much attention to room requests from the net. I requested two queen beds and a non smoking room however was originally booked in a King bed smoking room. The girl at the front desk made the necessary changes and everything ended up okay. Beds are very comfy!
