I was there on Easter so there was no staff on property. I called the "office" to check in and they had hidden my room key under a plant in the lobby and that was my entire check in process. I didnt feel comfortable calling back to inquire about the fireplace which wasn't available as the remote had been destroyed (looked burned/melted). I wouldve preferred to have been advised, as part of the reason i booked here was for the fireplace. The bed was one of the worst i have ever slept on; if you dont sleep with your head at the foot of the bed your head WILL be lower than your feet all night. The shower had great pressure and the jetted tub was clean and worked well.

The room was comfortable and convenient to downtown. It was also close to a restaurant. We did have trouble operating the t.v. and could have used more assistance with that. Also, we were on the bottom floor and the guests above us were very noisy.

This room was very clean. The beds comfortable. Owner was very hands on. Had a good restaurant. It was only $95.00 for the night. We stayed at the best westren plus the night before in North Las Vegas. The beds were very uncomfortable terrible pillows and we were charged more than double for the worst sleep in my life. Will definitely stay in Hagerman again

Booking was easy, the rooms were nice, and it's clear they've put a lot of work into making it look nice. I did like the proximity to restaurants and the beautiful view. One downside was the lack of communication about how to check out, I would suggest a secure text line or drop box for people to put their checkout times in, if there isn't going to be someone at the front desk all the time. Besides that minor hassle, everything else went well and we had a decent stay.
