It was a little difficult to find where to park and check in because it was dark but we eventually found it. You go to the back of the building and then there’s a small door that says hotel and that is where you check in. That would have been helpful to know in advance. We loved our stay.

This place was beautiful!!!! The room was beautiful and clean! It had an amzing vintage feel and you can tell theres so much history! I will definitely be staying again. Only a short drive to Stables as well!

Beautiful property. Very friendly staff. We were given an upgrade to a room with a fireplace which we really enjoyed using. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Try the breakfast sandwich made fresh with everything bagel, egg, bacon, cheese and siracha mayo. Very tasty. We ended up having to leave a day early due to a forecasted winter storm that was going to affect most of our travel path home. The hotel kindly refunded us for the last night that we were unable to stay for. I highly recommend this property and hope I can return to stay again.

Definitely has the bed and breakfast feel. Clint and the people were very helpful. There’s just not a whole lot to do in Guthrie so keep that in mind while traveling there

Beautiful and comfortable!
Great stay at a beautiful space! The room was spacious and beautifully appointed! It may have the prettiest bathroom we’ve ever had at a hotel. Check in was welcoming and easy. The breakfast was wonderful. Perfect stay for my husbands birthday.

So, when you first drive up to the hotel, it looks like you're pulling up to an old Victorian mansion. As a side note, i wouldn't be surprised if this hotel was featured on one of those shows like Ghost Facers or whatever they are... but we didn't get any creepy vibes during our stay. What we did get a was a gas fireplace in our room, an elegant clawfoot tub in the bathroom, and a glass walk in shower. We got thoughtful touches throughout. There was a nice rug, couch, cool old desk, and a ton of little touches. There were robes in the closet and the bed was extremely comfortable! The staff was friendly and helpful. He wasn't in a suit... he was wearing shorts and a Tshirt, but he walked us to the room, explained the facilities, and he was the same gentleman that made me eggs and bacon for breakfast!! Overall... I'd stay here again at twice the cost. I'd tell me friends and family to stay here. I'd bring my girlfriend here to impress her... I actually did, and she was. She loved the tub. Again... I can't recommend enough!!

The hotel and the grounds were beautiful.

After initially checking into the hotel, which was smooth, we left to attend a wedding returning back to the hotel around 9PM. Nobody was at the desk which we expected because we were told to just call the number listed if we needed anything. When we got to our room, our key card wouldn't work. We tried both key cards, and nothing - no red light, no green light, anything. It's like the card reader had quit working on our room altogether. We attempted to call the after hours number listed but it went straight to voicemail. We attempted to call any and all numbers we could find associated with the hotel countless times, and nothing. Also we walked the entire property and there was nobody to be found. After trying to get into our hotel and contact someone for over an hour, we ended up having to drive down the road to the Holiday Inn so we could have somewhere to stay the night. However we didn't have any of our things because they were locked in the room. This is the worst experience at any hotel I have ever stayed - you simply cannot operate a hotel without 24/7 support on call. Simply unacceptable.

We are very sorry you had a less than great experience at our hotel. We have adjusted procedures to try and prevent this from happeneing again. We will be double checking key cards to make sure they work on room doors prior to guest arrival and we have made sure the after hours phone is in good working order. As well as the overnight worker makes sure the phone volume at a level that they are sure to hear.

A unique hotel with such charm. We will definitely be returning for another stay. The property is quiet and clean. The rooms have such added details. Of course with an older hotel there are some things that may need updating but truly not an issue with our stay. My only suggestion would be for each room to have a microwave and a self serving ice machine. The staff provided ice but didn’t want to keep bothering them for refills. The staff were very kind and polite.

best stay for your money
This was amazing, one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. my travels have taken me all over the US and by far the staff was the best. heather was the most helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and she helped me get my TV fixed the first night. The kitchen Lady was helpful in getting to my next destination without having to drive through Oklahoma City. I would stay here 100 times over.

Very sweet atmosphere. Feels Historical and love the decor . This Bathrooms are very comfortable for Seniors as well with large walk in open showers. Great for a Ladies Retreat or small couples retreat. We plan on coming back!
