Dear Sir, Thank you for your valuable feedback. Sir room size of our rooms are based on the room categories as you have booked the base category it's room size a bit small compared to the other room categories. Regarding the facilities sir we are continuously working to improve our hospitality and will make sure that when you visit our property again you will be getting better facilities and definitely we will provide you with higher category of room.
