Carpet was filthy and beddings old. My dust allergies were activated within 10 minutes of being in the room, indicating poor cleaning. Customer service from reception and management was also terrible. They didn't care to address any of our concerns, and rather, were only fixated on emphasising that there was not going to be any refund for the decision we had made to check out. Either way, we had to check out the same day as it was totally inhabitable and the staff were indifferent to our complaints. There are far much better options in Gurgaon and at more competitive prices than what this hotel offers. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Cost effective!!! Very compact room designed for travelers with less luggages. Free good breakfast buffet, free laundry (equipped with two washers, two dryers, iron, ironing board, tv and chairs). Room is clean and bedding is comfortable. Thanks to Sachin who takes care of the floor. Will definitely stay next time in the area.

Everytime I booked this hotel, The rooms were not ready. They made me wait for 30mins to an hour. They don't keep toiletries in the room, you need make a call and ask for those. The hotel is in great location. Property has smaller rooms so if you are traveling for work or short trip, it is an affordable option in a safe neighborhood.

Disappointed with the average treatment received! People at front desk should be more polite and professional since representing such a BIG name in the service industry. Book room & breakfast only as served dinner was just average. Also, it should be mentioned that it will be a buffet. Customer service is not a term, should be shown also. Asked for a small favour of helping in charging my electric vehicle and they simply denied. Small rooms which makes stay not so comfortable. Definitely going to choose other property next time. Awful guest service!! don't stay in this hotel if you have another option. The hotel's location is excellent however the staff treats the guest with no respect. There is an house restaurant which serves dinner you generally have to provide your room number so they can add to your bill and the process is they need to get the guest's signature. one day the staff forgot to get my signature so he comes to my room at 9:30 to get my signature which I was quite upset as I don't like to have any uninvited knock on my door in the middle of the night, especially for a signature as if they could not wait for me to come in the morning. I am staying for 11 nights paying well over 40000 Indian rupees and this is how they treat the guest . This morning after breakfast which is included in the room I was bringing a bowl of fruits to my room after my breakfast and the staff stopped me and ask my room number so he can charge DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! ! Very bad guest service

The property has seen better days, carpets in the room were filthy, the bed linen in the room had not been replaced after the previous occupants had left, there was make up left on the pillow slips, my room had not been vacuumed the whole time spent at the location (3 days). The music that played from quite a distance away from the hotel was loud and never died down till well after midnight. The corridor leading to my room had uncovered food trays left in the corridor that weren’t cleared for 4-5 hours. Morning breakfast was a hit and miss, some of the breakfast warmers were empty for awhile before being refilled. The reception staff were very good and helpful, they need to be commended. My overall rating well below average, the hotel needs to get an overall facelift and thorough clean out.

It’s the great place to live. I have been regular to this hotel for last 2 years and found it extremely well maintained and the front desk reception staff is just wonderful and professional. Especially the guys Sandeep, Ashish and Aulon are welcoming, friendly and supportive. Tarun, the Manager is caring and friendly, greets everyone in the morning and we as customers likes this humble greetings in the morning. As a customer I only expect better service from the service providers and I get it here. It’s a 5 star comfort at 3 or 4 star hotel. I believe I will continue my stay here as long as I visit Delhi NCR. Except the restaurant part, guess the restaurant manager Ms. Preeti needs proper training on handling customer queries and requests. She should always remember that she is in a service industry where customers pay for the services such as hotel accommodation with certain requests as we chose to stay at hotel due to some personal or professional emergencies or leisure and tend to have home like experience. Even to say No to some of customer queries, there’s a discipline and decency to maintain instead of straight No which in her case I found bit rude. We understand No even if it put across with some smile and respect. I also found her unprofessional on handling customer queries. Also, a request to Restaurant, please stop serving tap water for breakfast to customers, you can afford to provide bottled water. Thank you.

Good hotel, very clean, trained staff. Only one concern- the noise outside was terrible, cars honking at an intersection just outside the hotel where u turns are made illegally and cars honking constantly till 11 pm in the night.
