"We arrived late at night about midnight by taxi from the airport. Security guard and desk attendant attentive but, no bottled water available for room at hotel or near by. We had reservations but no towels or soap in room. security guard went down the street and bought us a bottle of water and returned with towels. We had called from USA to tell them our flight was coming in at midnight and was told there was no problem with that. Anytime was fine with them. The neighborhood was not somewhere...

"Our room that was booked was taken on our arrival. We where not satisfied with the other room which had two bunk beds, one double bed inside a ten by ten room. Bathroom had to be shared which was not up to our standard. We hope no charge was put on our credit card."
