The location a the best, this place change it’s name from grand mercure to maxx but the service is now terrible I got charge twice a drink in the bar I show prove of payment on my WeChat but the recepcionista didn’t understand and don’t what to understand , location on Expedia is wrong in the map but well in text. Some how this used to be a good place with last administration right now is a bad choice cleaning on details is important and there’s dust in every corner. The hotel is focus on local market and it’s bufet it’s not to global.

Staff is very helpful and kind. Room is clean and beautiful decorated. Feel so comfortable and the bed smell so good. Happy to stay again in this hotel.
